Ventajas: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Desventajas: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Desventajas: We weren't alerted there was a chance of delays. Over two hours late.

Desventajas: Small seat for first class; no inflight entertainment; terrible meal; lost baggage.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Ventajas: Flight attendants were pleasant. Bathrooms remained clean the entire flight.

Desventajas: Food was horrible. Ran out of croissants in the morning.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent; courteous and professional.

Desventajas: More room for overhead bags so checking carry-on isn’t necessary

Desventajas: me dejaron la maleta en panama, aun con una escala de mas de 3 horas, y se demoraron mas de 48 horas en entregarla..

Desventajas: Entertainment!!! Plane was old. No individual TV, no Wifi, no outlet to charge our phones. Was bored to death. My phone and my pc run out of battery and that's that... A plane during the day should have something!

Desventajas: We were sitting in our assigned seats and the flight attendants and gate staff entered the plane were trying to say we were in the wrong seats. Then my special meal was not provided so I ate nothing during flight.

Desventajas: The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!

Ventajas: I asked to be seated next to my travel partner at check and was told it was done. But I ended up in the last row and he was in row 17.....So much for being a frequent flyer on Copa. Plus there was no over head compartments in the back of the bus for carry one. The staff was not truthful not helpful.

Desventajas: Much better treatment especially since I have Copa frequent flyer miles. The hombre that cheed me in did not try to seat my partner and I close.

Desventajas: After confirming $100 bag fees for surfboard by phone, I was charged $169 at the airport. The cool air vents did not seem to work till an hour into the flight. It was the hottest taxi and first hour flight in my memory.
