Ventajas: Very efficient and nice crew. Early arrival in Miami.

Desventajas: Not enough seats in boarding area. Plus, late boarding made it tough to stand for so long in Panama City.

Ventajas: Well-organized boarding process, friendly staff.

Desventajas: Couldn't check-in electronically through Copa, as I bought tickets through United. Had to call to confirm all good, which it was.

Ventajas: The checkin counter staff tried their best to get me a seat for this oversold flight

Desventajas: The TV screen on my flight was broken. So no TV.

Ventajas: The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating.

Desventajas: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.

Ventajas: Boarding was on time and we arrived early. The staff was also very friendly

Ventajas: The staff was very nice and helpful with prechecking my bag at the gate.

Desventajas: Food / snack choices are unhealthy and limited. The cabin was not clean when I got to my seat. There was trash in my pocket and crumbs on the ground.

Ventajas: The seat was very comfortable the service was terrible the flight attendant helped the attendants in coach before taking care of the 3 passengers in first it was disrespectful the peanuts were horrible and the wine was terrible

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Ventajas: Nice, normal flight.

Desventajas: Pilots not there on time, arrived perhaps 30 minutes late, didn’t say why.

Desventajas: Food choices were terrible - breakfast time and no breakfast food, no sandwiches just overpriced snacks.

Desventajas: Estos boletos me los cargaron a la cuenta y la app de KAYAK daba error. yo compre en otra app y no es mi culpa que no sirviera al 100% kayak, necesito me devuelvan mi dinero. Mal recomedare a KAYAK como estafa y que es una mala opcion para la compra de boletos y los demas servicios que ofrecen.

Ventajas: Crew was great and friendly. The red-eye flight was half empty so I had a row to myself to sleep.

Desventajas: I called two weeks before the flight to confirm my specific sport gear baggage fees (surfboard bag). They confirmed it would be $100 each way on Avianca. When I arrived, surprise, they said it’s busy season so now it’s $150 each way. Felt like they scam people when you have no choice at checkin.

Desventajas: Arrive direct to the terminal, we have to take a bus, a minor detail to an overall great flight.

Ventajas: I will never fly this airline again.

Desventajas: We got our flight bumped back 5 hours simply because they decided to use a different plane. The food vouchers were VERY limited, only for a burger (and I'm vegetarian). The 100.000 COP flight voucher only valid at travel agency, not online. This airline's a joke

Desventajas: The only problem was that our flight moved 50 minutes earlier and we didn’t get any email notification from kayak. But that may not be latam fault.

Ventajas: Other legs of flight were worse.

Ventajas: It was an old plane, no WiFi!!! There is was an hour and half delay which no one made it clear as to why .

Desventajas: the manager at the counter at IAD insisted make the connection in Panama City! Of course after landing in Panama City I missed the connection. Had to stay at a hotel and I purchased business class ticket but they don’t have business class seats available on the next flight and book me on economy

Desventajas: La comida de copa debe variar cada cierto tiempo en cuatro años siempre ofrecen lo mismo al desayuno y almuerzo en trayectos vln pty. Y pty sjo o viceversa

Desventajas: Maybe less cold the temperature.
