Desventajas: The place's we are sitting can be better

Desventajas: The TV wasn't working and the crew I asked for help didn't do anything about it

Ventajas: The food is delicious, for a short 3 hour flight, unlike other airlines which they only give u snacks like cheeze it or crackers

Desventajas: It would be better if there’s a mini screen for movie as well

Ventajas: We were unable to fly EBL IST TUN IST due to TK cancelled their flights from EBL IST. No flights from EBL. I am requesting a refund for unused portions of my tickets please advise. Thank you for your assistance

Desventajas: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ventajas: it good but the food should be better

Ventajas: Awesome food. Comfortable seats. Nice crew

Ventajas: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Desventajas: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Ventajas: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!

Ventajas: Outstanding and conscientious crew.

Desventajas: Seats continue to get more narrow and rows are moved closer and closer. However, the Turkish Air seats are among the most comfortable, relatively speaking.

Desventajas: New Istanbul airport requires kilometres to walk and then take a super crowded bus. Insane

Ventajas: Worst customer service ever no one ever answer the call also no one ever answer call from vayama DO NOT BUY FROM VAYAMA

Desventajas: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Ventajas: The crew was very helpful even though English is not their first language.

Desventajas: Maybe the food expections.

Ventajas: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance

Desventajas: Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family.

Desventajas: The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value.

Ventajas: I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature.

Desventajas: The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight.

Ventajas: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Desventajas: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Ventajas: The crew was perfect

Desventajas: No wi fi on the plane.

Desventajas: J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€

Ventajas: Excellent service . Good customer service

Desventajas: Turkish airlines cancelled my flight from thessaloniki to Istanbul. I had to book a different flight and paid an extra $1300.00 so I can return home. I have send numerous emails so I can get an involuntary refund and have received no response from anyone. I have send hours on hold with the airline and after holding for more than half an hour, they hung up on me without speaking to me. This is very bad for business. Never fly with the! Now I understand why their tickets are so cheap.

Desventajas: AWFUL CREW. NEVER FLY. NOT CLEAN. NOT NICE.

Ventajas: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!

Ventajas: Food was good in general (parmesan pasta, mousse desert), sometimes okay (chicken) Movies and music were well-updated and in large variety

Desventajas: I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed.

Ventajas: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Desventajas: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Desventajas: Stay away from Turkish airlines. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

Desventajas: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ventajas: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM
