Ventajas: Beautiful, new plane. Amazing, elegant, classy, patient crew. Lot so of nice customer service touches.

Desventajas: The food could have been a bit more exciting, but it was solid.

Ventajas: The entertainment system has huge offerings.

Desventajas: The food could be better.

Ventajas: Airbus 350. Very good experience

Desventajas: Crew was jumpy. I expect them to be a little more gentle serving food.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing and the food was great too!

Ventajas: Service, food, excellent. Most of all, the new entertainment system & window in bathroom!

Desventajas: 1. Business class crew stomped around the cabin, making it noisy, and woke me up constantly. 2. Gallery is very loud and badly situated in business class. 3. Chair itself is old & although it’s lie-flat, makes a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Desventajas: It was my first time frying with Cathay Pacific the flight was okay, food wasn't that good. I don't want to compare with the other, my opinion should have more variety or snack between meals since 15 hours flight. Thank you for listening!

Desventajas: La atención a la categoría Emerald, ni en LAX ni HKG ni durante el vuelo el tener categoría Emerald hizo diferencia alguna con la atención recibida a diferencia de Qatar, AA o Japan Airlines en que se esmeran en el buen trato a los viajeros frecuentes de la alianza one world.

Ventajas: The flight departed and arrived on time.

Desventajas: The plane was not the same plane I booked travel on. They changed it, so if it’s the 777 then it is basically widebody short haul seating in business, with a lay flat price! The seats are old and don’t work well. This has been an issue on all the flights I’ve taken between Tokyo and HKG.

Desventajas: Customer service from the cathy pacific crew are not good at all.. I flight business to and from asia to the USA at least 3-4 times a year.. cathy pacific was such a disappointment..

Ventajas: Good movie selection, good meals and great crew

Desventajas: Next time I will book early to get the business class

Ventajas: Been flying CX for years and for some reasons this time all the staff members were excellent. From ground to air crew everyone was well informed, nice and helpful. Another surprise was the vegan meal I ordered. Airplane food in general is disgusting, but this time the vegan meal was delicious.

Desventajas: Flying out from JFK is a nightmare, we had to wait for 40 mins on the runway. Not sure if airlines can actually improve that?

Desventajas: Suggest online check-in providing change seat options

Desventajas: Would be nice if they offered hot towels for the Economy passengers.

Desventajas: Dirty bathrooms, cramped seats, and still can't believe they still load the front of the plane first... takes forever

Ventajas: The whole service went smoothly without rushing.

Desventajas: The original flight I listed for was canceled without any notification until I arrived at the checkin desk.
