Ventajas: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Desventajas: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Ventajas: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Desventajas: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Ventajas: Sits are very comfortable and the food is amazing.

Desventajas: The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road.

Ventajas: We missed the connection because the Istanbul airport is a silent airport and no announcement were made for boarding.

Desventajas: Announcement from crew or reach out to people in front of gate would help. Also, the staff at Istanbu airport is so rude and have no respect for customers.

Desventajas: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Desventajas: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Desventajas: Seats continue to get more narrow and rows are moved closer and closer. However, the Turkish Air seats are among the most comfortable, relatively speaking.

Desventajas: My above head storage was occupied with airline stuff. They boarded a little late and there were no separate lines for front and back of the plane.

Desventajas: Due to mishandling of the situation, we were not allowed to board the plane, despite the fact there was no restriction for us not to do so.

Desventajas: New Istanbul airport requires kilometres to walk and then take a super crowded bus. Insane

Desventajas: I loved everything about Turkish Airlines. Their food is one of the best! You can eat it all and actually tastes good! The level of individual service, unbiased service, is amazing. The crew is polite, well kept, and dare I say very good looking. All my flights with them departed and arrived as scheduled, always!

Ventajas: Fortunately I was in an exit row, so I had legroom. Other seats were not very spacious.

Desventajas: Arrived SF almost an hour late, then took an hour for luggage to arrive so we missed our next flight.

Ventajas: It’s 1 hour flight and you get a drink of your choice and a sandwich - which is very generous and cool compare to other airlines

Ventajas: The crew doesn’t speak a word of English the chair is not comfortable no TV no space at all to walk or put suitcases

Desventajas: Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence.
