Ventajas: We were able to leave the country quickly.

Desventajas: It was freezing on the plane.

Ventajas: Plane was clean

Desventajas: Food could be better!

Ventajas: It was absolutely on time. Great!

Desventajas: The meal is always too spicy and for more south Asian style. I prefer more European meal.

Ventajas: Crew is very attentive and working hard during trying times.

Desventajas: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.

Ventajas: Crew was great; super easy boarding process; flawless take off and landing.

Desventajas: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Ventajas: The flight was excellent, and the team worked very well.

Ventajas: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Desventajas: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Ventajas: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Ventajas: Turkish Airlines can really teach other airlines about hospitality and customer service. They really go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Baggage payments n information

Ventajas: Food was good in general (parmesan pasta, mousse desert), sometimes okay (chicken) Movies and music were well-updated and in large variety

Desventajas: Sometimes, food Some seats were too tight.

Desventajas: The place's we are sitting can be better

Desventajas: New Istanbul airport requires kilometres to walk and then take a super crowded bus. Insane
