Desventajas: Gate changed twice and announcements were not clear. No one at check in counter for 45 minutes. I understand they were getting another flight boarded, but that was an excessive wait. In Guadalajara, the luggage was delivered to a different carousel without any notification, so three of us waited for 30 minutes for no good reason until one of us scouted other carousels for it.

Desventajas: I have hear from lots of people that this airline has a very bad reputation and I did experience That in person, will never book a flight from this assholes again.

Ventajas: volaris charged me 20 usd more only because I had 11 kg of luggage , the limit was 10 kg

Desventajas: The airplane wasn’t clean, spaces very reduced, bad service... that’s the problem with cheap companies but Volaris can do better

Desventajas: Went to check in baggage and had my paid receipt and Aeromexico insisted luggage wasn’t paid for and we had to double pay at the airport so we didn’t miss our flight! RIDICULOUS! Wake up Aeromexico and KIWI booking!!!
