Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ventajas: Easy boarding process

Desventajas: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Ventajas: The crew was great except the pilot.

Desventajas: The worst landing I have ever experienced. We hit the ground very hard, it was jarring.

Desventajas: no tuvimos entretenimiento en todo el vuelo, en un viaje de 12 horas me parece inaudito que no tngamos hoy en dia este servicio, el personal estaba distraido, cuando s ele pregunto por el servicio de entretenimiento dijo que lo resetearían y luego de 2 hrs.que no sabian que pasaba pero el problema se ve que lo teneian desde que abrodamos, lo cual quiere decir que no lo corrigieron en tierra, la comida fue exactamente l amisma en mi vuelo de ida a Madrid y 15 dias después era el mismo menu, quizas tener una pequeña variante, se agradecería. Yo tenia la impresión de que aeromexico había mejorado pero me decpcionó este vuelo. Ojala tomen en cuenta los comentarios.

Desventajas: Dirty plane, plane was late and my screen didn't work. Flight attendant was flippant.

Desventajas: As someone who is 6 feet tall, I was ridiculously uncomfortable the entire flight. My knees were pressed against the seat in front of me, and when the woman in front of me reclined, I couldn't even unfold the tray due to a lack of space. I was very unhappy,

Desventajas: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Ventajas: Flight was fine

Desventajas: Check in (i could not do it online) and the 82 chf cost to check a suitcase

Ventajas: El proceso para realizar la documentacion del equipaje es un poco lento ya que destinan poco personal para ello.

Desventajas: No me parece bien que cobren el equipaje documentado, anteriormente no había visto eso en Aeromexico.

Ventajas: The entire experience was great. Flight was at 1 got to the airport at 1208. They got me and my oversized luggage on the plane in time for take off.

Desventajas: The meal was a pasta with no protein. While delicious, along side it’s compliments of a salad, bun and yogurt, it was no bueno for someone avoiding carbs. Obviously a pathetic comment but one none the less.

Ventajas: The Capain kept us well nformed

Desventajas: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Desventajas: Other airlines have complimentary snacks so I was surprised that we had to pay for those.

Desventajas: The breakfast scone was disgusting but dinner was great!

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Ventajas: La tripulación muy gentil

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Desventajas: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Ventajas: Plane was clean

Desventajas: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.

Desventajas: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.
