Ventajas: Very Smooth trip. Excellent service. A little late on departure.

Desventajas: Had to pay extra for a suitcase that was a couple of pounds above the 10 Kgs, and a small tube where I bring my fishing pole (paid as much as a large suitcasewhen it only weighted 1.2 lbs). In the previous flight they also charged us for printing the boarding passes (we we unable to do it online),

Desventajas: Almost NO legroom at all No opportunity for drink or food during flight at all. No employees over 25. All a big game to them Three litttle bags - 1 carry on, 2 checked bags, cost me $110.

Desventajas: The flight was full. A passenger behind me actually threw my overhead luggage at me and said he was entitled to space in the overhead. I only had that one bag and I too was entitled to that space and I was there first. I then replaced my bag up. Attendant did nothing.

Desventajas: if a plane in 2019 isnt going to have outlets/chargers available we should be told that ahead of time.

Desventajas: Horrible and first flight was 1h45min late which made me miss my connecting flight. The transit airport was also a horrible experience to spend many endless hours in.

Ventajas: Very friendly crew, plenty of drinks. Easy and organized boarding process

Desventajas: The seat are barely padded and don’t recline. I would settle for more leg space and forget that the seats don’t recline.

Desventajas: Charges extra for bags over 40lbs not over 50 lbs like most airlines. My bag cost $80 it was more then I paid for the ticket. Also, very small plane. Won’t fly with Spirit again

Ventajas: My flight was cancelled, no alternative flights were offered. Had to rent a car drive to LA only to miss my daughter’s flight down to Mexico from LA. Horrible experience, I will never use SPIRIT AIRLINES AGAIN!

Ventajas: The crew was amazing ! They Made sure all passengers was safe and provided a lot of comfort.

Desventajas: For me being a first time traveler, I expected more leg room with me being six feet tall . Check in prices were a little unfair .

Y desde hace no mucho tiempo veo que ya no es posible seleccionar tu asiento sin costo ni siquiera cuando el check in está abierto. Esto se me hace ya una exageración de querer obtener utilidades de todo. Es un absurdo, pues todos nos vamos a ir y es una causa de molestia y que me haría pensar a mi y otros muchos en no comprar más con ustedes. Entiendo que quien quiera asegurar su asiento desde mucho tiempo antes pague por este servicio. Pero no al momento de abrir el vuelo. A veces viajamos acompañados y resulta imposible sentarse juntos. En mi opinión y de muchos amigos que viajamos con ustedes esto nos tiene en desagrado y ocasiona que adentro del avión andemos cambiando lugares y retrasar los despegues.

Desventajas: The plane is not the most comfortable. Very basic. I hate how Spirit airline lies about their prices. Probably won’t use them again because of this.
