Ventajas: Always great crew.

Desventajas: I didn't have any cimplaints.

Desventajas: If the disembarking didn't take 45 minutes.

Desventajas: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Ventajas: Yes. Very cooperative crew

Desventajas: Aircraft is worn out (Seats, interior, etc.). Could use some maintenance

Ventajas: Great service for economy. Very attentive flight attendants.

Desventajas: The flight was fantastic. It was a long flight but the flight attendants took excellent care to keep us comfortable.

Ventajas: Very friendly and accommodating crew.

Ventajas: The coach seats were larger than those on domestic flights. The window glass was dimmable for ideal lighting.

Desventajas: The arm rests did not go up all the way. This made it difficult to maximize comfort with my wife.

Ventajas: The seats were cleaned and neatly arranged. Amenities were provided such as tooth brush and slippers which made the flight more comfortable.

Desventajas: The meals could have been prepared better in both taste and quantity. Flight attendants could have come around more often to refill beverages or requests during meal servicing.

Ventajas: The service was consistent and crew were all very respectful and did their best.

Desventajas: The seats were extremely narrow, hard and uncomfortable....

Ventajas: I like ailes center seat it's easy to get in or out.

Desventajas: Should have the option for reserved the seat not only priority travelers .

Ventajas: Yes

Desventajas: Can’t say anything but when travel again we’ll still choose Korean Airlines. We love it.

Ventajas: The crew and food was amazing, with ample entertainment selections.

Desventajas: Seats. For some unknown reason, JAL uses different seats on this 787-8 flight from NRT-SAN that's 2-3 inches less in pitch than all of their other planes. This was not comfortable on a 9-hour+ flight. The flight attendants also woke us up everytime food was served so we could recline up seats.

Ventajas: crew amazing

Desventajas: I didnt get bulk head seats that are near the restroom for my disabled father. He had a terrible flight

Desventajas: Too much confusion trying to just find a shower in the lounge

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable. Crew was not too attentive and kept forgetting to serve me food

Desventajas: Crew should be attentive to ALL passengers.

Ventajas: On time. Very professional. Staff works hard. This was the longest flight I’ve ever done; 16.5 hrs and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Cathay Pacific was. They made a difficult flight quite bearable. That’s saying something.

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic.

Desventajas: Chose emergency exit on Cathay 777-300. Terrible.. was squished like a sardine! And I was in window seat... was not even able to eat! Worst economy class I have been in years!!! Never again....

Ventajas: Fast and easy to board nice crew worked fast and smooth large proposal for entertainment

Desventajas: more diversity of beverage offered Also please propose coffee or tea before/after dinner and breakfast, nobody proposed me and I thought it would come later but nothing came. I should have asked before the end of the service but I was surprised it wasn't coming automatically.

Ventajas: Crew was attentive and food was great. Japan air was a much better buy than any American company. I will look for Japan air for any flights I take in the future.

Desventajas: Nothing. The experience for international economy was perfect.

Ventajas: It wasn't JAL it was American.

Ventajas: terrible customer service. wrong information on ticket and nobody could help me with anything. I will never fly emirates again

Ventajas: The plane was ghetto and old and there was only one tiny restroom for the entire economy class.

Desventajas: A newer plane with more restrooms would be great.

Desventajas: More comfortable seats and headphone jacks on the end of the arm rest (I kept knocking mine out when I moved in my seat).

Ventajas: One of the JAL ground crew was fantastic at Narita airport. I didn’t have enough time to get on my next flight. She provided me full assistance to take me to the connecting flight gate on time.

Desventajas: Several flight attendants gave me wrong drinks.

Ventajas: Great seat, cabin crew was fine.

Desventajas: The crew members could have been more courteous to clients on the flight by lowering their voices when conversating among themselves.

Ventajas: The crew was friendly n the food tastes surprisingly good, though the portion was small. The entertainment was good. and temperature inside the cabin was just right. Boating time was quick.

Desventajas: Actually I was disturbed that CX offers a tabloid newspaper like Apple daily, especially at this sensitive stage when hk is going through such turmoil instigated and supported by Jimmy Lai’s group. It is offensive that such a biased newspaper is on offer, when there are other Chinese newspaper with a more neutral stand. Cathy has been viewed as a sympathiser of “yellow” rioters because of its involvement by management n crew. Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts.

Ventajas: Apart from the delay everything was quite good.

Desventajas: The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight.

Ventajas: Same thing they serve pork and no other substitute. The crew members are not so nice especially the one serving the food, some are rude to answer when I asked for something.

Desventajas: Serve chicken or beef and not only pork for not all will eat pork.3 of us was not able to eat. Thats was not acceptable.

Desventajas: The crew was NOT friendly or helpful, and the dinner served was cold. The bread was even stale. The snacks and breakfast was fine, but it makes a difference when the only main meal is not good.

Desventajas: 1. inside temperature was so cold -especially at the 3rd route from la to tokyo -. 2. Economy seats are not declined, which means less pereonal space. 3. The worst is in-flight entertainment system, UI is so poorly developed, most contents do not provide english subtitles.

Ventajas: JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops.

Desventajas: Security and Immigration at Tokyo Haneda is harder than at US airports, but that's to be expected and nothing that JAL can control.

Ventajas: The cabin crew was excellent -- friendly, always helpful, energetic.

Desventajas: We requested a seafood special meal. The food quality was satisfactory, but most of the items tasted very bland. The accompanying dishes were unimaginative -- raw vegetables (salad), steamed vegetables, pickled vegetables. One exeption was a smoked salmon bit with capers -- this was the tastiest part among 8 meals over 4 flights.

Ventajas: I didn’t get on this flight. Due to the departure at LAX. It would’ve been nice to know that this was a possibility before the arrival. Although the ladies at Japan Airlines were able to get me on a later flight, it almost didn’t happen. But the kept making calls to help me. I’m very thankful they were able to get me on ANA flight at 8pm.

Ventajas: The seat was not super comfortable but the crew was really lovely and so helpful!
