Ventajas: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Ventajas: Comfortable seats and good entertainment, nice food

Desventajas: Cabin crew were not friendly, and were resistant for any special requests

Desventajas: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.

Desventajas: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Desventajas: I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover.

Ventajas: The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating.

Desventajas: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.

Desventajas: We weren't alerted there was a chance of delays. Over two hours late.

Desventajas: During my transit of 11h00 in Beijing i was stuck in an area without anything. I asked the Hainan crew to get something to drink and their answer was wait 3 hours before departure and you ll go trough immigration...... Hainan never more !!!!

Ventajas: The airplane is super modern, with AC sockets and entertainment in all economy class. The crew is the most dedicated and caring that I have experienced.

Desventajas: Option to select Kosher meals etc., as well as have a more "Western-friendly" breakfast option.

Desventajas: The boarding was substantially late. There could have been better communication about the delay. However, the plane still landed on time and the flight was quite comfortable

Ventajas: I enjoyed the selection of food and how it was mostly Japanese style. And the drink selection is very good.

Desventajas: It is a problem of flying economy, but our seat space was a little tight. I would have enjoyed a broader selection of movies as well.

Ventajas: The staff set me up with an exit seat which was wonderful due to the fact that I am very tall. It made the flight very comfortable. The service was very good as well. I was able to use and charge my device without any trouble and was very pleased with that.

Desventajas: One of the stewardesses spoke English very quickly. Due to her accent, this made it difficult to understand at times.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing. The seat was very comfortable, leg room is spacious.

Desventajas: Boarding process including changing terminals, going thru security is awful. This time I had ample of time to go Thru that long waiting process but last time I almost missed the flight. Heard from others the same issue. London Heathrow airport needs to come up with better solution before losing the

Desventajas: Didn't get snack. WiFi entertainment wasn't working.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Desventajas: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Desventajas: Flight delay communication could be better. There were some major confusions between the gates on where my flight was going to land and departure until it was finally announced that flight was delayed.

Ventajas: The crew is outstanding. A girl two seats away from me barfed and two attendants were there immediately with a bag, cleaning wipes, etc. They are very friendly and patient with passengers. The next best part was the comfort. I got a good amount of sleep on my nine-hour flight.

Desventajas: The movie selection and meals were not bad, but I've had better on other airlines.

Desventajas: The seats were not really confortable and the TV menu did not have enough English shows or new movies, even old ones within the menu would've been great. Also - this probably has nothing to do with the company but- there were passengers who took their shoes, even their socks out! It was disgusting

Desventajas: Unfortunately we ended up waiting in the plane on the tarmac for 3 hours before taking off due to extreme rainfall. So everyone was antsy/uncomfortable before even taking off for the long flight.

Desventajas: I was traveling with friends who's flight kept getting canceled without any notifications, only found out till check in. I had an added layover that I didn't know about. My friends and I will avoid China Southern airlines in the future
