Desventajas: Two hour delay. What the hell is going on here? We’re still waiting on the runway !!!!

Desventajas: Cheaper price

Desventajas: Avianca’s response to the COVID19 travel restrictions imposed by countries was abysmal. Colombia issued a travel restriction on foreigners which forced me to cancel my trip but Avianca did not allow refunds on cancellations for any reason.

Desventajas: Las personas que prestan información en los counters de las aerolíneas o de información en los aeropuertos tienen las cosas muy claras y pueden ser mas gentiles al momento de entregar información que puede ser muy simple para ellas que están en la cotidianidad de los aeropuertos pero no para los que estamos en transito.

Ventajas: nada. el vuelo fue cancelado

Desventajas: la intervencion de ustedes con las aerolineas... nadie me dice que paso con el vuelo

Ventajas: Crew was ok

Desventajas: The flight is usually 3 hours it took 4 and a half . Don’t know why Capitan didn’t mention a thing

Ventajas: Nothing. Didn’t get to take the trip and had no customer service to assist in any respect to have a voucher or credit or anything. Garbage

Desventajas: Everything. Coronavirus lock down sucks, but some sort of accountability would be nice for having my money simply stolen.

Ventajas: these aircraft are confyy...the staff super helpful to be honest i would rather fly with aero mexico than one of the u.s.a airlines for ex: american airlines ect.... and their selction for entertaiment was huge and up to date with all the latest stuff...

Ventajas: Todo

Desventajas: Check in it take more the 20 min. Because they have trouble founding the name even with confirmation num. In flight it was 1 person sick fully cover up from head to toe with out giving information to passengers ahead. My mom have heart problems and I was already concerned for her to travel and with no heads up of someone sick inside the plane my mom was more nervous the normal

Ventajas: PARA EMPEZAR, EL VUELO SE ATRASO 4 HORAS. YO VIAJO CON UNA NIÑA DE 2 AÑOS. NO ME DAN VALES DE COMIDA, ME COBRAN 3 MALETAS (COSA QUE ES ILEGAL). MI VUELO ATERRIZÓ EN LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO 3 DE LA MAÑANA. NO RECIBÍ NI 1 PESO DE RECOMPENSA DE TODO LO PERDIDO Y EL MAL DÍA QUE ME HICIERON PASAR

Ventajas: Nice crew. Free movies.

Desventajas: Temperature in cabin was extremely hot and dry.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Everything

Desventajas: The pancake was not cooked enough couldn’t eat it

Ventajas: Great crew.

Desventajas: I needed wheelchair assistance due to a back injury. The person that picked me up at the aircraft from London was terrific, l was taken to the terminal and told that another team member would take me to the aircraft. No one showed up until the aircraft was fully boarded, then he left me at the beginning of the ramp instead of wheeling me to the aircraft. I was very disappointed! I was so disappointed I didn’t wait for a pickup at the airport in Amsterdam. I regret it, because I’m in so much pain!

Ventajas: everything was fine. uneventful

Desventajas: Food

Desventajas: 1 hour delay in departure from Lisbon

Desventajas: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Desventajas: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Desventajas: You cancelled my flight and booked me and my 2 toddlers at an off-site hotel. It was terrible carrying all our stuff for our 5 am check-in.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Ventajas: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Desventajas: food

Desventajas: I not get to go my flight, I couldn't get reimbursement

Ventajas: US based airlines should take a lesson from AeroMexico - reasonable prices and the services we used to receive without additional charges: snack, food, 1 bag checked without fee, leg room! Thank god I Iive just south of Vancouver and can floy out of there instead of an American airport with greedy American-based airlines.

Desventajas: I am completely satisfied with my experience

Ventajas: The fact that I made it to my destination on time was good. Flight attendants were very professional and attractive, pleasant to speak with.

Desventajas: It was a couple days ago and I had had a long previous day so I don’t recall anything that was so out of place that really requires any improvement.

Desventajas: 1h late departure, but we arrived at the expected time. Seats were not very confortable, but everyone had an individual tv. We bought a flight Montreal-Mexico-Panama City, but for some reasons, it was impossible to get boarding passes for the second part of this flight... We had to check-in again in Mexico city.

Ventajas: Very nice airplane and pleasant crew

Desventajas: mis maletas no llegaron en mi mismo vuelo una falta de respeto ademas me abrieron las maletas y me sacaron cosas con la excusa de control de aduanas.

Desventajas: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.

Desventajas: With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere.

Ventajas: Crew was great; super easy boarding process; flawless take off and landing.

Desventajas: It was freezing on the plane.

Desventajas: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.

Desventajas: It would be nice if at least snacks and a cup of water were provided.

Ventajas: The fact that we had dinner and a snack was great! The crew were fantastic!

Desventajas: It was a bit cramped but overall it was a wonderful experience

Ventajas: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Desventajas: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Desventajas: Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.

Desventajas: This has been the most convenient way I’ve ever traveled.

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Desventajas: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic. Seats are narrow in space, but more comfortable than other airlines.

Desventajas: Drink and snack service, but captain was concerned about "bumps"

Ventajas: Crew was amazing before and after the flight! Delta really showed if the world isn’t doing well, that their staff will keep those problems outside the plane and keep everyone calm and safe. Thank you Delta!

Desventajas: Absolutely nothing. I’m going to join the miles points with Delta.
