Desventajas: me modificaron horario de aerolinea asociada y perdi el vuelo si compensacion ni nada!!!! tuve que comprar otro boleto

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Ventajas: Great crwe and Nice seat

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Desventajas: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.

Ventajas: Crew was great; super easy boarding process; flawless take off and landing.

Desventajas: 4 hours trip, international, and only food to purchase.

Desventajas: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Ventajas: The flight was on time

Desventajas: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.

Ventajas: Great selection

Desventajas: Bathrooms are not enough

Ventajas: Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service.

Desventajas: The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience.

Ventajas: Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!

Desventajas: Everything. They need an entirely new flight crew, new food service, new gate attendants, new baggage check, new ground crew. Just a joke.

Ventajas: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Desventajas: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Ventajas: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Desventajas: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Desventajas: Excellent service and experience and the reason I always fly United!

Ventajas: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Desventajas: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.

Ventajas: comfortable seats, quick flight

Desventajas: The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Ventajas: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Desventajas: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Ventajas: Got seated at row 2 so practically I was the first one to disembark. There's only one stewardess who took care of us and she did very well.

Desventajas: The plane is so small that I don't have above head compartment so I had to put all my stuff under seat in front and I don't have space to put my leg.

Desventajas: Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.

Desventajas: FOOD/SNAKS

Ventajas: The first class cabin stewardess was simply wonderful. I’ve never experienced someone more friendly. Wow. And this was my first flight on United in a long time. I’m going to use United more.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Ventajas: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Desventajas: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Desventajas: United is the worst. I had to check my carry on both ways for $30 even though my tickets wasn't affordable at all. They have ridicoulous seating.

Ventajas: Snacks were delicious, flight attendant was very attentive, great conversation—I mean it might have been better because I was in first class, but it was definitely worth the upgrade.

Desventajas: Seats weren’t as comfortable as I have experienced before in first class on other airlines (Delta, American)

Desventajas: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Desventajas: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.
