Desventajas: boarding in PTY was awful--total chaos. Seat was uncomfortable meal was mediocre

Desventajas: Por mi experiencia esta todo bien, solo un detalle que el conector de audífono en mi asiento no funciona a bien. Saludos

Ventajas: Handing by any cap was great to get us on the plane on time.

Desventajas: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Ventajas: The plane was brand new!

Desventajas: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Desventajas: A/C was not working well, cabin was too warm and stuffy. Long delay on take off. Can not hear and understand pilot through PA system.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent.

Ventajas: I paid more money to take the 14:40 flight rather the 15:15 which was $100.00 USD less, to find out my flight was delayed by 45min.. seat didn’t recline and was just a bad experience

Desventajas: Needs better customer service (includes on the phone and in person) Provided no help at the Aeromexico counter, ended up missing my flight. Due to unable to print my boarding pass cause the flight was delayed. Definitely will not fly with this airline. Will NOT recommend to friends!!

Ventajas: The seat was very comfortable the service was terrible the flight attendant helped the attendants in coach before taking care of the 3 passengers in first it was disrespectful the peanuts were horrible and the wine was terrible

Ventajas: Crew amazing, food really good, I just had a better experience because the lack of leg room, my 3 years old was hitting the next seat so the lady totally ignorant and mediocre was arguing with me.

Desventajas: Change people seats when they are very picky

Desventajas: With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!

Ventajas: Crew was friendly. First class seats fully reclined.

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Desventajas: The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!

Ventajas: Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected.

Desventajas: Communication to the passengers.

Desventajas: Entertainment system did not navigate. Food was too salty. Crew was not very pleasant-annoyed when I was in the bathroom and missed service.

Ventajas: Premium seating made a huge difference. Even though I am petite, I had a laptop, tablet and work that had to go under the seat in front of me, and I still had plenty of legroom.

Desventajas: The seatback offered free streaming of AA entertainment on my tablet, but when I opened the browser and selected entertainment, the only option was to pay $9.95, so I just watched downloaded Netflix episodes. Plus the movies offered on AA streaming didn't look especially good.

Desventajas: This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not

Ventajas: Crew was very pleasant and quick with service.

Desventajas: There was no in-flight entertainment! This is ridiculous for an overnight, international flight.

Desventajas: Better seating... seats are small and crampy. The flight attendants were not friendly and attentive. I pressed the call button 3 times within an hour to receive headphones and they never came. My neighbor let me borrow hers. The food was terrible. Not many vegan options.

Ventajas: Crew, on board entertainment...

Desventajas: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Ventajas: The crew members were friendly and kind.

Desventajas: Usually your food is excellent, but our chicken was pretty dry this time. Loved having several options for meals and delicious Peruvian beverage choices. Overall, a great trip...

Ventajas: Other legs of flight were worse.
