Need some instruction on how to use the shower controls, no details what so ever!!!!

Ventajas: Perfect location for Stansted drop off. Lovely varied buffet breakfast and Julie is a lovely host. Nice 15 min country walk to a great pub/restaurant. Little oasis of calm in the city.

Desventajas: Having to change room because of broken leg on the bed,, having to ask for a bulb for the lamp. I would have expected the rooms to be checked before guests arriving! Had no complaint about anything else, and the problems where resolved. But we had been travelling all day and just wanted to settle in,without any fuss.

Ventajas: The location was very good for us to get to Stansted for our flights. The cats are sweet.

Desventajas: The decor was in need of a freshen up and the bathroom was very small, with mouldy smell, then noticed mould on the wall by the shower. Shower on off tap was really hard to turn with wet hands. No clear direction as to when breakfast was coming? My husband and I went into Bishops Stortford for breakfast.

Ventajas: The bed was very hard I could hear Cockrells and chickens at 5:30 this morning and I’ve got now long time to waste on this review

Ventajas: Great host, nice cats and very convenient for the airport. Surpisingly quiet given its proximity to Stansted.

Desventajas: Bathroom smelled a bit damp and had some mould by the shower. Room adequate and bed comfy but decor needed a little TLC

Ventajas: The Willows is situated down a country lane surrounded by lovely countryside with just a few other houses nearby. Accommodation is in small cabins in the grounds, each with a pleasant outdoor table and chairs. As each cabin has its own key, there is no problem with arrival times. (We were not flying, just visiting friends nearby, so cannot comment on the ease of getting to and from the airport.) The beds were comfortable but some better pillows and a flat sheet would have made for a more comfortable night as the duvets made us too hot.

Desventajas: Pillows supplied on the beds were very thin and we only found a bundle of extra pillows and bedding when we were packing to leave - our fault, of course, but it would have been good if someone had pointed out that the untidy bundles under a shelf were actually useful! The décor is, at best, serviceable so don't expect anything smart. The shower was only lukewarm no matter how often we fiddled with the controls. The delivery of breakfast and loud voices from the neighbouring cabin woke us in the morning.

Desventajas: Unfortunately there was a water main burst in close proximatey to The Willows which had the obvious outcome - no water!! (Not the fault of the owners!)

Ventajas: People are very friendly and nice, the room is warmly decorated and very neat and tidy. The bathroom is nice too, it has a good shower.

Desventajas: they only make transfers from the guest house to the stansted airport, but not the other way round, so it costs about 7 pounds to get from stansted airport to there.

Ventajas: A little sanctuary close to the airport. Attention to detail...

Ventajas: la cercania al aeropuerto y que nos llevasen de forma gratuita hasta alli a las 6 de la mañana. Las instalaciones son muy comodas.

Desventajas: esta muy bien para una noche, pero debo reconocer que llegamos de noche y nos dio un poco de miedo. Llegamos sobre las 10.30 y fuimos en taxi. Cuando llegamos encontramos una nota diciendonos que ya nos habian cobrado y fue el taxi quien nos tuvo que explicar como funcionaba. No hay iluminacion en el patio, nada, totalmente a oscuras, y tuvimos que ir nosotras hasta la puerta de la casa de la señora para pedirle que al dia siguiente nos llevase hasta el aeropuerto.

Ventajas: Hotel excelente para tránsitos de vuelos en Stanted. Está a tan solo 7 minutos en coche y te llevan/recogen. El taxi sino también es barato, unas 7 libras.

Desventajas: A partir de las 8 no está la cocina abierta ni hay nada cerca para comer, así que si llegais más tarde de esta hora, mejor cenar algo en el aeropuerto ya que en la habitación aparte de Pringles, chocolates y algún muffin no hay mucho más.

Ventajas: Me gusto mucho el hotel, la habitacion que fue la mejor de londres, muy confortable y equipado hasta con lo mas minimo y necesario,.la atencion de los empleados muy buena.nos llevaron y nos trajeron del aeropuerto gratuitamente y te acercan a cenar o comer donde necesites.el desayuno super grande y bueno ,merece la pena pagar 6 libras por el. Todo excelente.

Desventajas: Su ubicacion cercana al aeropuerto pero es una casa de campo,sin tiendas ni cosas asi.para nosotros no fue malo fue nuestro ultimo dia y era para cojer el avion temprano asi ke fue bueno en vez de malo.

Ventajas: Bonita instalacion. Pena de llegar al atardecer y partir en la madrugada

Ventajas: Habitación muy confortable y sin ningún ruido, B&B muy próximo al aeropuerto de Stanted. Los propietarios te envían un email para ofrecerte aquellos servicios que puedas necesitar (recogida en el aeropuerto, desayuno etc) y hacer así más agradable la estancia. Nos encantó.

Ventajas: Everything was provided - hairdryer, iron etc. Location was peaceful.

Desventajas: We arrived late in the evening and it was difficult to see the hotel sign from the road in the dark (we drove past it twice).Could have done with the sign illuminated. Neighbours friendly and directed us.

Ventajas: Excellent. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to pick you up from and to the airport which is very close to the Guest House. They also speak very clear and not to fast, easy to understand if you are not English. Very clean, very beautiful and very comfortable.

Ventajas: Lovely quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Early breakfast from 04.00.

Desventajas: Breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon were tired and tough by 6am.

Ventajas: Walking distance from terminal, 24/7 reception, good breakfast, the view

Ventajas: Breakfast was very good, but disappointed that there was no fresh fruit on offer (it seemed to be out of a tin)

Desventajas: Both mine and my boss's rooms were not cleaned, as we found out at 12.30am when we arrived back from a long day in Denmark! (A manager sorted it out and gave us a discount off the room, as he said that it was not acceptable) The fact that there was no complimentary water in the rooms, which there are at other Hilton hotels that we stay in.

Ventajas: The room bathroom facilities, close to the airport, everything in the room that was needed and clean too.

Desventajas: Breakfast could have been better, although many tastes were catered for.

Ventajas: Generally a good hotel, however the restaurant service at dinner time very slow and disorganised

Ventajas: Very good breakfast. Checkout until noon. Quiet room. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed them. especially considering the 1 am check-in time. Large room and bathroom.

Desventajas: The signs directing us to the hotel were not clear, except toward the end. At the beginning they led us only to the buses, when the "Hampton" part on the signs disappeared. We had to ask first the bus people (who told us how to get back into the airport) and then the airport people (who told us how to get to the outside corridor leading to the hotel) before we again found signs directing us to the hotel. And this was after we had already seen from the airplane that the hotel was right next to the airport! I think breakfast could have been extended to 11 o'clock, or at least part of it, such as the coffee machine.

Ventajas: Location when your flight is very late around midnight, the proximity to the airport (walking distance) helped me settle in quickly instead having to go all the way to the city.

Desventajas: For the price, the room especially the bed could be better. I think the breakfast space was very crowded and I think the food could have more variety and possibly labeled (allergens).

Ventajas: Excellent breakfast which we could eat on the run to the air terminal to catch our early flight

Desventajas: Charges at the bar were exstorchanate. £4.95 for small 330ml Budweiser

Ventajas: Excellent value for money, lovely lady looking after the house couldn't do enough for people. I would highly recommend this for a stopover when using Stanstead. Breakfast was as you would expect in any European establishment, fresh cakes baked and left out for the guests.

Ventajas: Lovely hosts. the room was clean and pleasant and the hosts were extremely kind.

Desventajas: I chose the guesthouse for its affordability close to the airport. Unfortunately due to traffic diversions, which the taxi driver tells me are frequent it actually takes 25 minutes each way to the airport at a cost of £20 each way. It would therefore have been better for me to have paid £90 for a hotel right near the airport, rather than an ordinary guesthouse far away. I also have a nylon allergy so the bedspread gave me a rash.

Ventajas: The pub up the road.

Desventajas: Room was very basic, bedding was very old style, no bed side tables to allow you to put water cup/tea cup onto over night. Was noisy as people come and go during the night.

Ventajas: The hostess was super hospitable and gave us loads of information on attractions around London and what's the easiest way to get there. Comfortable beds, tasty and simple food, nice location and a cosy garden. Free wifi that worked perfectly too.

Desventajas: Had problems with the shower, it wouldn't heat up the water no matter what setting it was on and the pressure was way too low.

Ventajas: Very helpful, happy staff lady. En-suite was a surprise and the kitchen facilities very good.

Desventajas: No bedside table to put glasses and the table light in the room did not work. Late arrivals at 1.15 am were extremely noisy and above my room so a lot of banging and I could hear their footsteps and talking for an hour. It was noisy at that time of the morning, I asked them politely to please be quiet, we had early flights. But they ignored this. Perhaps they could have been asked by the staff to think of others.

Ventajas: The location to the train station was good. The breakfast was nice. The dressing gowns in the cupboard were a nice touch as it was a shared bathroom. Decor was quirky.

Desventajas: The doors were creaky and woke me up quite a lot in the night (especially as it was a shared bathroom so people were getting up a lot in the night). The bed wasn't massively comfortable.

Ventajas: I had the top floor ensuite. It was small but enough just for myself. In the room there was everything you need - coffee machine, water, TV, great toiletries, clothes rack. Shower and hot water were just perfect! Breakfast was very good and the owner very attentive. She even helped me to book a taxi which was great!

Desventajas: There’s nothing to complain about just a few details to look at.. The owner never introduced herself so I never knew her name! Towels and pillows were a little too old. The room was quite clean but the armchairs needed a good vacuum. As said nothing too serious.

Ventajas: Host was super-friendly and very accommodating: after checking in, we had to go out for quite a while, and we were unable to be back until quite late. The host waited up for us. Next morning when we left we accidentally left a coat behind, and only noticed a couple of hour s later. The host made light work of sorting it out even though she was not there. Very helpful!

Desventajas: Room is quite small and the bathroom, though big enough, is also quite small. The on-site parking is quite tight, but there is ample parking on the verge across the way.

Ventajas: Very welcoming and friendly, ideally situated for my early flight from Stansted.

Ventajas: The location was ideal for my business trip as I had to travel to Woodbridge in Suffolk the day after. The host was lovely. She made you feel very welcome and was on hand to assist with ensuring your stay was stressfree. Breakfast was excellent and the room very clean and welcoming.

Ventajas: The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff and hotel staff were very nice. Novotel offered a good selection of foods for breakfast and evening dining. The location was excellent as we had a flight in and out of Stansted Airport to Italy, but I didn't understand the 6 pounds shuttle bus charge to and from the airport terminal. That should have been free as a complimentry shuttle.

Desventajas: The lights and the heating cooling system were not working correctly. The bathromm door handle fell off in my hand. The showers were complicated and the water temperature was either hot or cold and the water shot all over the bathroom floor, It was not communicated to us as you had to let the staff know if you wanted the room cleaned, we did not have our room cleaned with a 2 night stay, poor ventilation as we had to open the window as the room was still hot. AC was not functioning properly.

Ventajas: La atención del personal del hotel y la cercanía al aeropuerto de Standsted. En el mismo aeropuerto se coge un bus (hay cada 15 minutos) que te lleva directamente al hotel, 3 libras el viaje y sólo en cash.

Desventajas: El sofá cama no es cómodo y no hay secador de pelo.

Ventajas: La habitación era estupenda. El colchón era súper cómodo. La ubicación también era estupenda, ya que nos alojamos para hacer escala. El buffet de desayuno era también el mejor que he probado.

Desventajas: Los precios de la comida en el restaurante eran un poco caros para lo que ofrecían. La habitación olía un poco a humo. Sugerencia: ¿tal vez podrían ofrecer botellas de agua gratuitas en las habitaciones?

Ventajas: Yo estuve sólo una noche en el Radisson Blu pero fue genial. La cena en el restaurante italiano fue inolvidable - inusuales, creativos platos. Mi habitación era, para mí, muy espaciosa y lujosa. El buffet de desayuno era excepcional y tenía una variedad maravillosa incluye ensalada de fruta fresca, que es una rareza en efecto. No tuve tiempo para utilizar la piscina climatizada.y lo pasamos muy bien. Luego un almuerzo rápido pero sabroso en el bar antes de la salida. Todo el personal fue excelente, amable y servicial. Agradecí especialmente un registro de salida más tarde, así como un servicio de conserjería que me permitió dejar una maleta grande sin cargo adicional. No me importa pagar por las excelentes instalaciones y servicios. Bien vale la pena.

Ventajas: La ubicación, a un corto paseo a pie de la terminal del aeropuerto. Muy práctico. La habitación, la tranquilidad. El personal era muy servicial.

Desventajas: La piscina cierra a las 07,30 pm. Además, el hotel era un poco caro.

Ventajas: Habitación razonablemente grande. Cama cómoda. Las comodidades extras se limpian de forma excepcional. Aeropuerto accesible por la pasarela cubierta - 2 o 3 minutos como máximo.

Desventajas: Cristal roto en el suelo del cuarto de baño. La comida y las bebidas son un poco caras. Cargo obligatorio por el servicio de servicio de camareros en la zona principal del bar.

Ventajas: Lejos lo más cómodo es la ubicación cuando tienes que salir de stansted a una hora complicada. Muy buen limpieza y cómodas las instalaciones.

Ventajas: Típico hotel de aeropuerto. Con mucho movimiento. Una gran recepción (moderna y muy linda). Atención bastante ágil pese a la gran afluencia constante de pasajeros. Bien insonorizadas las habitaciones. No escuchamos ningún avión, pese a estar a pocos metros de las pistas.

Desventajas: Se podría agregar más personal en la recepción.

Ventajas: Check in was easy. The size of the room was ample

Desventajas: I had booked a superior room with runway view, considering the rooms title "superior" it was a small room with a connecting locked door to another room. The walls were dirty in places, the carpet had bald patches, there was NO bottled water, biscuits, nor slippers as a perk for booking the better room. There are now no benches on the grass at the front of the building to sit and watch the world go by. All in all it used to be one of my favourite hotels to visit, location wise it is perfect, sadly over the last couple of visits the place is now beginning to look very tired, with more care and attention being given to things like dusting, removing marks from walls, replacing rusty shower fittings and repairing or covering old bald tired looking carpet.

Desventajas: There was no room at the restaurant for dinner. There was no room service info in my room and even after asking for it I had to go down to the front desk to ask again and they didn’t have one so I had to order at the front desk. They seems understaffed and under resources. My minibar was completely empty.

Ventajas: The hotel had great food. Was really easy to get to from the train. It literally only took 3-4 mins to get from my room to airport security. Made the journey so much easier.

Desventajas: One of the restaurants wasn't open which meant there was a bit of a wait in the other one. That's about all I can come up with though. It was good.

Won’t use the hotel again until I can reserve a car park spot as part of my room reservation. £12 to park your car when you are a guest in the hotel is ( taking 2 rooms in my case ) is disgraceful profiteering. Had to park my car up on a grass verge .Won’t be using you again sorry

Desventajas: It was incredibly filthy — walls in the hall had visible dirt all down them. Visible debris on carpet in our room and the shower was moldy. Not a well maintained or clean hotel at all.

Ventajas: Did exactly what I needed it to. No nonsense, high quality overnight stay before a flight.

Desventajas: There was a suspicious stain on the sofa bed. I didn’t need to use it so not a big problem but not up to the hotel’s otherwise high standards.

Ventajas: location excellent for the airport. Taxi £11 or could walk if not too much luggage. very friendly and easy check in. large bathroom

Ventajas: La chica de recepción muy simpática, servicial y agradable.

Desventajas: El acceso al hotel no se puede hacer andando desde el aeropuerto Stanted porque no hay aceras y la carretera es estrecha y oscura. Aunque hay sitios de comida rápida cerca para comer, sólo puedes ir en coche, taxi o uber.

Ventajas: No había cruasanes ni ningún otro servicio, estuvimos 15 mn llamando al timbre sin contestación, después tuvimos que esperar casi una hora con frio en el exterior hasta que nos prepararon la habitación , booking no debería de incluirlo en su catálogo ya que más que un hotel es una casa campestre con habitaciones

Desventajas: Todo, no lo recomiendo ni regalado

Ventajas: Pleasant greeting on arrival. Helpful information given. Lovely, comfortable room overlooking the garden. The local pub is ok for basic food .

Desventajas: Would have been nice to have breakfast but I understand that renovations are in progress so perhaps another time.

Ventajas: Handy if you want the airport but given a return taxi fare will still cost you £22 for the five minute journey it is a toos up whether it might be better staying somewhere further away and just biting a longer taxi ride.

Desventajas: Noise from air conditioning unit (although switched OFF) kept me awake. When I rang reception at 1.30am to complain I was put onto recorded music as if I was calling from outside. I had to go down to reception to arrange a room swap. If the call had been an emergency this could have been disastrous. VERY UNIMPRESSED! Rooms very tired and needing refurb.

Ventajas: unfortunately, I was only there for a short period due to catching an early morning flight, but the room was spacious and clean. Great value at the price as well.

Desventajas: nothing it was good

Desventajas: Sausages as an option at breakfast would have made it perfect, staff using back of the breakfast area to smoke not ideal as the smoke was coming in through the open door.

Desventajas: I arrived in the early morning (1am) from Stansted and collected my room card, only to discover upon opening the door that 'my' room was occupied! I fled back to reception where the receptionist looked at his screen and proclaimed that the room was empty and did not seem overly concerned by the error. I did eventually get a vacant room but my heart went out to the 2 ladies who must have had an unnecessary shock.

Ventajas: We only stayed for one night arriving late and leaving early to catch a flight. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Desventajas: Bathroom shower floor is very slippery could do with non slip tiles

El restaurante era muy agradable. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Mi marido tenía una hamburguesa enorme, muy bien cocinada. El desayuno también era muy bueno. Estábamos en nuestro camino de salida del país y fue un descanso relajante en los viajes. Todo el personal era amable y servicial. ¡Me volvería a alojar allí!

Ventajas: The buildings have character

Desventajas: It is on the flight path for Stansted. We stayed in Room 51 in a house, converted into rooms which is separate to the main building. All the rooms are on top of each other, so noisy especially in the room directly above us.

Ventajas: Not a lot for the price we paid

Desventajas: The room was next to the kitchen extractor hence we couldn't open the window because of the noise even through the night Also there was a light blown in the bedroom and 1 in the bathroom room 24 I booked the lakeside restaurant for a meal and when we arrived we got shown into a basic room that had been converted into restaurant We waited 45mins for our starters then when our main steak meals were served they were very very basic for the price of £23 each better quality at Beefeater

Ventajas: The breakfast was lovely and so was the bridal suite

Desventajas: The noise of the planes overhead. The location was so lovely but the plane noise made it difficult to sleep.

La única forma de llegar allí fue mediante taxi, no hay paradas de buses ni estación de tren cercanas. El depósito fue bastante alto

Ventajas: Very nice room, waiter in the dining room trying his best, food of good quality

Desventajas: Waiting too long at reception, no apology forthcoming, we were told we couldn’t eat until 8pm, went to the bar for a drink and the bar is closed, we sat on coaches in a corridor room, then told we could eat when we liked, ordered steak, none available - wow! For a four star hotel! Ordered wine, waiter passed me the corkscrew as he didn’t know how to open a wine bottle, then chef came from kitchen and opened it, fire alarm went off, staff left the dining room, guests remained. It was a bit of a “Flawty Towers” experience-wouldn’t go again. Sorry!

Ventajas: Well situated near the M11. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. The hotel is close to the airport runway but the noise from planes were not an issue. Nice quiet and secluded place close to the airport.

Desventajas: Parking can be confusing especially at night. The main building has a formality to it that reminds me of a conference centre. It could have more personal touches.

Ventajas: The staff were friendly and polite, the food in the restaurant was lovely.

Desventajas: The hotel was directly under the flight path and the window was single glazed and didn’t latch properly we had to stick tea bags in it to wedge it closed but still did little to shut out the CONSTANT and REGULAR planes, the curtain was held onto the rail by a paper clip, the blind in the bathroom was a thin rattan which is transparent once you turn the light on and there were widows opposite. No socket suitable to plug in the hairdryer that let you see in the mirror. There was a wedding on so we couldn’t use one bar, we bought a drink at the other bar and halfway through we were surrounded by wedding party, it felt very awkward. The gentleman on reception was very polite but new and there wasn’t a manager available due to the wedding.

Ventajas: The food, the chef served up some of the most delicious food I have eaten in a very long time, salmon with caper butter. The breakfast was fab too. The grounds are very pretty and well kept.

Desventajas: The trouble was sleeping and it isn't the hotels fault, it is the planes taking off, they are literally conversation stoppers. I got to sleep at 3 am and woke at 6am. Rooms are clean and beds comfy although mine was on wheels and what with being restless it moved to a different bit of the room which to me was funny. I reckon the hotel should put new retro double glazing in keeping with the age of the hotel, it may help.

Ventajas: Setting

Desventajas: Power went off in the night so no lights or power in the morning - no apology, no offer of discount, had to shower, go to the toilet using torch on phone.

Ventajas: Room was very clean, comfortable and good tea and coffee facilities. Had a spacious superior room and nice table and chairs and desk area. We were in one of the outdoor rooms in the converted barn building. A very nice stay overall.

Desventajas: Stansted Airport is very close by so you do hear planes taking off every so often, however I knew this ahead of booking, so it didn't bother me. Earplugs are provided which I thought was nice.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones. Está en un paraje con estanque.

Desventajas: Realmente está genial porque lo reservé para tomar avión en Stansted. Por la cercanía al aeropuerto el ruido de aviones es inevitable.

Ventajas: Close and easy to get to the airport. Decent modern bedroom which was comfortable.

Desventajas: Bar/restaurant was all one which is not condusive to good atmosphere. Drinks very expensive. Room was double booked which was very annoying.

Ventajas: Had a nice feel to it, the rooms were comfortable and modern

Desventajas: Wooden floors were quite noisy and it is close to Stansted airport. I didn't hear the planes at night but if you are a light sleeper....

Ventajas: Quiet hotel and excellent customer service - very comfortable rooms.

Desventajas: There was no internet access/wifii and network coverage was poor for mobile phones.

Ventajas: good sized bedrooms clean and comfortable

Desventajas: a problem with reception staff, asked to book a taxi to the airport on our arrival and then at 7.15am on the morning, I had to ask when the taxi did not arrive and the rsponse was 'I forgot' this resulted is us being 45 minutes late to meet the group

Desventajas: Próximo a la pista del aeropuerto y los aviones pasan justo por encima del hotel. A mi no me molestaron.

Ventajas: Habitacion grande, limpia

Ventajas: el hotel y los alrededores muy bonitos. el restaurante es genial, con un servicio muy bueno.

Ventajas: La habitación muy bonita y agradable; además con una temperatura muy agradable.

Desventajas: Para pasear por los alrededores es necesario caminar por la carretera un tramo hasta el sendero más próximo.

Ventajas: the rooms were brand new which was lovely and teh resturant was beautiful

Desventajas: The hotel is currently being reburbished therefore there are work men around and heavy machinery. Not as quiet as you may like either due to this but due to the price we paid we were happy enough as the rooms were lovely and we were just sating for a wedding that evening away from the hotel . If I had paid full price as per their tarrif I think I would have been a little upset though!

Ventajas: The location was beautiful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was luxurious, the staff were friendly and noted our comments on departure. Would definitely stay there again.

Desventajas: Unfortunately under Stanstead flight path but we knew that. Air con not yet working in newly developed room so room was hot and opening door meant airplane noise was pretty loud, but these things would not prevent us staying there again. Few little improvements needed - no where to hang wet towels but they know this and will change. The 'great' far outweighed the 'development needs'.

Ventajas: Having stayed previously was everything I expected. Definitely had a good night's sleep regardless of the airport nearby.

Ventajas: The hotel was a perfect location for dropping off our hire car and catching our plane. It was at a services stop on the motorway so easy to get to and also there were places to get something to eat.

Desventajas: The carpet on the stairs was a bit grubby and sad - but nevermind, it was only for one night.

Ventajas: The bed was comfy and that’s all I wanted on this occasion. Staff were friendly and didn’t have any issues.

Desventajas: TV in relation to the bed or chair is far too small. The walls were marked up and looked fairly grotty. Didn’t spoil my stay too much, it’s more of a superficial observation.

Desventajas: There was nothing we did not like, good points include Reception manned 24 hours, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and well stocked with tea coffee making, hair dryer and shower gel. Also a really easy to use shower, which was easy to get in to. Room very quiet and breakfast facilities were all within 100 yards. It was also really good value for money

Ventajas: The staff didnt know what they were doing. They allocated us a room then came back to give us a different room and gave our room to another couple. We had already been in that room for a while and I know they didnt clean it. We had a big group and I ended up looking at his screen to work out what rooms we had allocated. I was also told we had shuttle services but had to wkae up at 4PM to get our shuttle even though our flight was at 8 so we were waiting aorund for ages at the airport and the purpose of getting one close to the airport is for extra sleep.
