Ventajas: El desayuno era bueno. La habitación era muy cómoda y cómoda

Desventajas: El proceso de registro tomó tiempo ya que algo salió mal con la reserva a través de Booking.com. La comprobación manual no es muy rápida

Ventajas: Desayuno buffet bastante bueno. buen te y café. la Ubicación excelente. Volveremos !!!!!

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Perfect location just outside Tower Hill station. Easy self check-in and friendly staff who suggested us a nice place for breakfast. Lots of movies to chose from in TV and with funny room light setting :) Lovely rooftop bar with great view.

Desventajas: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Ventajas: Very comfortable large bed. Very good breakfast and coffee. Stunning views from the bar.

Ventajas: All staff pleasant, helpful & friendly. Rooftop bar was great.

Desventajas: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Ventajas: Wonderful hotel with incredible views over the London Tower! Perfect location, with Tower Hill underground station just below the hotel. We had a noise issue with some water pumps and they changed us the room without any problem, thank you for that! Nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommendable hotel!

Ventajas: The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful

Ventajas: The location, the view, the staff, the room (everything controlled by the ipad) room keys worked the entire time we stayed, the design of the hotel, seemed like there was an emphasis on being eco friendly. Even though the room is small it has everything you need and if it isnt in the room it’s somewhere else in the hotel. The sky bar is amazing especially at night with everywhere outside lit up

Ventajas: We liked the cleanliness and the kind and responsive staff that helped us out with anything extra we needed. The bed and pillows were perfect.

Desventajas: The rooms are a little small but that is the case everywhere in London.

Ventajas: Fantastic breakfast, amazing view, cozy hotel and very nice staff. Perfect location and right next to the metro. I love this hotel!!!!

Ventajas: Pasamos 6 noches en el Mondrian con nuestros hijos mayores. El hotel tiene una estupenda ubicación, cerca de las mejores atracciones. Gran vista al mar. Nos tomamos unas copas en los bares que tienen buenos cócteles y vistas. Las habitaciones muy modernas con buena ropa de cama de calidad. A mis hijos le encantó que había un cine en el hotel. Altamente recomendado!!

Ventajas: Un hotel excepcional en Londres. El servicio, la habitación, las comodidades, los restaurantes y los bares eran excelentes. Hermosa vista del Támesis. Sin duda me volveré a alojar aquí en mi próximo viaje a Londres. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre nuestra experiencia en el Mondrian.

Desventajas: La única decepción fue que uno de los cómplices parecía inexperto. Nos reservó un servicio de té muy mediocre en un restaurante de Londres.

Ventajas: Me encantó el diseño del hotel, las instalaciones son excelentes. Es un hermoso hotel en mi parte favorita de Londres.

Ventajas: Muy moderno, gran ubicación y personal amable. Tamaño de la habitación era bastante bueno también.

Ventajas: The staff were more than happy and prepared to carry and assist with anything we needed. Room Service was so fast and delicious. (Highly recommend the buffalo chicken wings- see photo) The rooms were cleaned and prepped so well; the sweets in the bowl and the little note they leave for you makes you feel so welcome! Bed = luxury sleep

Desventajas: For £480 a night the view from my room was VERY disappointing

Ventajas: Su diseño moderno y elegante y su ubicacion a pie del Tamesis y a 200 m del tren que enlaza con el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones con vistas a la City y al rio increibles de noche.

Desventajas: Coincidimos con mucha mas gente que salíamos el sábado noche y no había taxis a pie de hotel. Tuvimos que esperar 15 min. Para un hotel de su nivel me pareció poco oportuno

Desventajas: I decided on breakfast in bed the breakfast itself was quite pricey but once tray service ,vat was added it brought the price up to be the most expensive breakfast I have ever brought ! And there wasn't extras like pastries because it was my daughter's bday it was a special time .I would stay here again but I wont have breakfast

Ventajas: Lovely staff who kindly allowed us to check in as we were zombies from a red eye flight. Super comfy bed and nice, modern room. Good location on the south bank.

Ventajas: ¡han pensado en todo! Tenían absolutamente todas las comodidades que usted quisiera ya en la habitación. ¡el servicio de habitaciones era delicioso y rápido! Honestamente, he pedido servicio de habitaciones en más hoteles de los que podría contar y éste fue uno de los mejores y más rápidos.

Desventajas: Me alojé en el Ned un sábado por la noche, así que la zona del bar/restaurante de la planta baja estaba extremadamente ocupada. Esto a su vez causó bastante ruido. Mi habitación era bastante baja, así que tal vez si tienes una habitación en un piso más alto el ruido no será un problema. Honestamente, no me molestaba nada, pero quería mencionarlo, ya que podría hacerlo para algunas personas. Suministran tapones para los oídos en la habitación.

Ventajas: The hotel was absolutely beautiful.

Desventajas: We had some trouble with checking into the hotel and spent almost an hour standing at the reception desk before being checked in. We had paid for a double room with included both a shower and separate bath. There was no bath. The room itself looked nice but was not as big as advertised. We came back to the room after enjoying drinks and entertainment downstairs within the hotel. Pulled back the bed covers to find a nice dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. In the morning we woke up to a foul blocked toilet that absolutely stank and was quite obviously out of use. We called the hotel staff who told us there wasn’t actually anything they could do about it immediately and would send an engineer. However the issue still wasn’t even attended to by the time we checked out. Extremely disappointing given the amazing reviews we read about before choosing this hotel.

Desventajas: when we checked in the “pre authorisation” was not explained to use properly. Therefore they was going to charge us twice. However when addressed we relieved a complimentary breakfast and free late check out. Also booking.com said we got breakfast included within the price and when We arrived this was not the case. When we called booking.com they was extremely rude and they hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service.

Ventajas: Espléndido

Ventajas: I have not had such great service in a very long time. From the moment I was at the front of the hotel every person I came in contact with, was helpful and had such great attitudes. I will be staying here in the near future!

Ventajas: I loved the cowshed products. And the music in the lobby.

Desventajas: I would have preffered more lighting in the room.

Desventajas: Breakfast at the Deli, no access to the vault and spa included

Ventajas: Eggs cooked exactly how I had ordered. Good price. Great butter. The rooms and communal areas are exquisite. Elegant feel without being stuffy.

Desventajas: Their deposit and refund to account policy could be more transparent. Quite confusing.

Ventajas: I love the amenities in the toilet and the courteousness of the staff. You have all you need for your stay.The location is superb and the antic nature of the property lingers in my memory. To put simply , its heaven for lovers. However, the breakfast is not so fantastic. I really did not enjoy it.

Desventajas: breakfast. There should be better option from different available 7 restaurants on the ground floor

Ventajas: Las ubicaciones son grandes si necesita estar en el distrito de seguros. Es fácil moverse. El personal del bar de la azotea era genial y nos cuidó muy bien.

Desventajas: El personal del restaurante era menos que agradable.

Ventajas: La ubicación era magnífica. Fácil acceso al metro y a todas las mejores atracciones de Londres. El personal era muy cortés y servicial.

Desventajas: Me encantó todo

Ventajas: People in the reception were not so kind, they are too serious. they don’t look like in the hotel reception with 4 stars

Ventajas: La habitación y el baño no son grandes, pero suficientes y muy limpios. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno bastante bueno, incluyendo dim sum en el restaurante de la primera planta. Muy buena insonorización. Metro en la puerta. El precio es alto, pero no para Londres. Si volvemos a Londres, repetiremos.

Desventajas: A bit Dark generally in terms of Decor but that just my taste.

Ventajas: La ubicación cercana al metro.

Ventajas: Fantastic staff amazing room and food amazing.

Ventajas: We arrived hours before check in and were planning to just drop off our bags, but were happy to be able to check in early and get settled before heading off for the day. Our room was comfortable, and for being on the 8th floor we had a nice view of some of the famous skyscrapers in the area. Room service was excellent after a long night out and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Desventajas: The tube stop directly next door was closed for weekend maintenance, so we found ourselves having to walk to and from either Liverpool St or East Aldgate. This was not the hotel’s fault but it was a minor inconvenience considering we picked the hotel based on the fact it was next to a station. I imagine if you’re staying here during the week that’s not an issue but weekend trip guests might want to reconsider, especially if you’re like us and had heavy bags. The rooftop bar was a fabulous view but £27 for two drinks was a double take. But that’s London, so.

Ventajas: Excellent position, nice room, very clean.

Desventajas: In general, I prefer an "open" breakfast, where I don't have to order from a menu.

Desventajas: Lack of help for allergy to duck feather pillows. Workers knocking on the door late at night. Make up on the bed sheets when we arrived.

Ventajas: Loved the decoration - very well thought through. Funky designs in bedrooms - loved the Elemis products & other touches like Nespresso machine & robes. Room very clean & fab views. All in an excellent find.

Desventajas: Nothing - I loved it
