Ventajas: Servicio de habitaciones para el desayuno (ya que el restaurante no estaba abierto antes de salir).
Desventajas: Todo lo demás - personal cortés, pero muy poco servicial a la hora de resolver problemas y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Servicio lento - la habitación no estaba disponible a tiempo - las vistas desde la habitación eran a las tuberías de vapor. Una de mis estancias más decepcionantes en comparación con las expectativas (y visito Londres 6-10 veces anualmente).
La habitación era vieja (estaba limpia) y no estaba actualizada para ser un hotel de lujo.

Desventajas: Veníamos del Savoy , donde en la habitación había cafetera Nesspreso con cápsulas y tetera con diferentes té.. y en la habitación del Ritz no había ni plancha, ni adaptador de corriente para extranjeros , ni cafetera ni tetera y faltaban enchufes al lado de la cama para cargar móviles .. nos esperábamos mucho más

Ventajas: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Desventajas: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Desventajas: I would say there is a difference between it and the Shangri-La. I think it's a nice 4 star hotel. I am not sure it belongs in group with 5 star hotels.

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

The check in staff did not advise that reservations were necessary for the rooftop bar - our 3 guests arrived, my husband requested the lift they called up & said it was ok. When my husband & guests got to the rooftop, they were seated in the restaurant. I managed to get it sorted out & we were “squeezed” in - very embarrassing. Your staff needs to advise hotel guests that RESERVATIONS are required.

Desventajas: Value for money - this hotel was similarly priced to 5 star London hotels but it does not deliver a similar experience. Housekeeping consisted of having the bed made (no turn down service or tidying). Poor hairdryer and minibar (they’ve opted for an ‘all inclusive’ style minibar which consists of water and Coca Cola, no snacks at all - would rather a chargeable bar with wider selection if that is how the hotel intends to play it). Breakfast is weird - they have a buffet and a la carte style (all a la carte items are charged additionally - fine but not fine to charge for a cappuccino or any other type of coffee that is not filter).

Ventajas: Nos encantó todo sobre el Radisson! No se puede ir mal, las habitaciones son gigantes y con camas de tamaño king se obtiene la más cómoda para dormir por la noche mientras en Londres! Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta, la atención al cliente es absolutamente impecable, que realmente se preocupan por ti y saber acerca de ti, recuerda que es muy bonito sentir que, especialmente después de las 12 horas de viaje en 8 zonas horarias para llegar allí. Ventajas: The staff was exceptional - very nice, accommodating, helpful. Everyone was good doorman, reception, concierge, waiters, etc. They helped us with our luggage. They picked us up at the corner of the street with a trolley since cars can’t come into Leicester Square at a certain time. The family room was so big, fit all 4 of us and enough room for our huge luggages. It had a view of Leicester Square. The breakfast was great! It had a lot of great options. There was Nespresso in the room, as well.

He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. Desventajas: -For the price that we paid, I would have expected the rooms to be much bigger, and in general to be much nicer. (Also, they have these horrid faux fur throws on the end of the bed. Why? It adds nothing in terms of style and is outdated) -No bar or restaurant although they provide places locally to get a bite to eat. -The hotel is split into two parts and the hallways are so dark you can get a bit lost.

Desventajas: NO PUDE DORMIR NADA porque por debajo del hotel pasa el metro cada y 15 minutos hay una vibración y un sonido horrible!!! Además, el lunes por la mañana a las 8.30am me desperté con un ruido terrible ya que en la calle hacia donde daba mi habitación estaban haciendo obras y comenzaron a taladrar durante toda la mañana. Tuve que recoger e irme de la habitación. Pienso que tenían que habérmelo comentado cuando hice el check in ya que habría escogido otra habitación más silenciosa, la verdad que todo lo positivo que tenía el hotel desapareció con esta pésima experiencia. Cuando me quejé en el check out lo único que me dijeron fue que la próxima vez me asegure de pedir una habitación en otro piso!!! Y no me hicieron pagar un chocolate que había cogido mi hermana del minibar... sinceramente me esperaba mucho más por parte del hotel.

Desventajas: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje.
Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio.
Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

Desventajas: Was on a business trip and an iron would have been useful. Great sound insulation save could hear running water from showers in other rooms - it was that or very noisy air-con. Not sure paying for a room with windows was worth it as was on the ground floor with opaque windows that were directly onto the pavement outside so just pulled down blackout blinds.

It was August and 30 degrees so this was rather dissatisfying. The hotel did put a small fan in my room but I wasn’t able to sleep very well due to the discomfort. Just a short walk from Leicester Square tube station if you're travelling from Euston train station. Check-in was quick and easy, too. The lights in the corridors leading to the rooms are quite dim and the decor's quite dark so part of me wondered what type of hotel it was; especially walking into the room and seeing a huge pink rabbit! Plus straps with buckles on the bed's headboard! We stayed on the eight floor so had good views of London's skyline. The room itself had enough space (we had a 'Nest' room which is classed as superior double on some other agent sites) and included a small sofa, big bed, some hangers on a rail next to the bed, a small ledge next to one side of the bed and a little 'hole' in the edging around the bed to store a book or something. Plenty of plug sockets around the room, full length mirror built into the sliding door to the bathroom - and a great waterfall-style shower (with a hand-held, too!) We had a good, comfortable stay and the staff were more than happy to help with anything we asked for (we needed an iron to use while we were there!)

Desventajas: Windows were boarded up hence I woke up not knowing if it is raining or sunny outside. Arrived the first night with no proper pillows provided (only small display cushions)- asked the staff at that time if they have normal pillows and the reply I got was that is all the pillows they have. Asked a different staff the next day and had a much better response- apologised and sent for pillows right away. Both bath towels provided were dirty- 1 had sticky tar like substance, 1 had hair on it. There is no blanket. The second day (weekday), woke up to construction sounds early at 8am. Throughout the night you can hear people walking and closing doors, hence room is not soundproof as advertised. Lift was tight and 1 out of 2 lifts were out of service, hence waiting time is long.

Desventajas: Odd plastic coating to the carpets in the corridor, at least on the 6th floor where I was! I arrived tired and hungry at 10pm and there was no food to be had at all in the hotel. Had to go to a burger place opposite! The shower head (not the rainfall one above; the hand-held attachment) was slightly broken at the base spraying water out at an odd angle.

Desventajas: La puerta del baño a pesar de ser una puerta corrediza que tapa completo no tenia como poner candado. Usualmente valoramos nuestra privacidad. Adicional en el baño hacen falta estantes para poner los articulos de baño que uno lleva, pero fuera de eso muy bueno. No tiene Television en el cuarto, aunque hay personas que no quieren verla es una buena distraccion y adicional se pueden ver las noticias en este caso no teniamos tv.

Ventajas: The location is excellent and it is in a very quiet street in London. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and pillows.
Desventajas: No electric jug or milk to make a cup of tea in your room. Having flown 36 hours I was very frustrated to be denied a jug of hot water by reception and told to use the coffee machine which proved to be faulty. Upon my return to reception I was finally given a jug of hot water to take back to my room. Several of the lights were not working in the room. The hotel is tucked away from the main traffic noise but the floor boards are extremely squeaky so if your neighbours are up and about you will know about it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, very poorly designed and as you are stepping out of a bath it can be very slippery, would not be suitable for less agile guests.

Desventajas: On the moment we checked in, I raised the ac is quite warm and the staff said the ac works just be patient. So I went out for and got back to the room at late night, AC didn't work. It was even worse. We cant breath in the hotel room. Hence, we asked the staff to change the room and the staff at reception said every rooms in this hotel was fully booked. I should have raise this up since the beginning (which I did). The staff said the AC doesn't work the whole floor. They've been trying to fix it but since it's late at that moment so they will fix it on the next day. However, for some reason they managed to get us moved to the new room. But they actually downgraded our room, the room is smaller, Restroom is half size when compared to the room we got at the beginning. They insisted it's not downgrade and they charged us the same amount of money.

Desventajas: There was no window in our bedroom and although there was a small opening window in the adjacent study nook, it felt quite claustrophobic. (The staff did their best by providing a small fan for air circulation.) The air conditioning unit was very noisy, but nothing that ear plugs didn’t fix.

We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. Desventajas: El desayuno para lo que cobran no me parece los suficientemente variado en cuanto a bollería, es cierto que tenían muchos productos de yogures, fruta y zumos de verduras y demás, pero bollería tenía cuatro bollos, en otros hoteles en los que he estado de la misma categoría había más variedad de dulce, además de los clásicos croissants y caracolas, tenían tartas. Aquí encuentras tres tipos de bollería. Por la noche en la habitación hacía demasiado calor a pesar de tener la calefacción apagada. El resto fenomenal.

Desventajas: For the price of £356 per room per night, breakfast should have been included! We cancelled our breakfast order as it took far too long to arrive and we to be elsewhere. Bar and waiting staff didn’t seem to be interested in helping or very knowledgable.

Desventajas: On two separate occasions I came to find my room door open (the housekeeping forgot to close the door when they finished cleaning my room and kept the door open with all my belongings inside) Totally made me feel unsafe! The first room (spectacular room) is very small bcoz of the counter they have in the middle, takes up soo much space in the room so no place to move around. Cleanliness wasn’t good either although i did point it out a few times. And above all that my room was just on top of the bar so the noise was too much to handle and my room was actually shaking from the loud sound.

Ventajas: Todo el mundo en el Every Hotel era muy servicial. Nunca he tenido una mejor experiencia con el personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron a entrar a la habitación temprano después de 20 horas de viaje. Nos ayudaron con taxis, direcciones, y metro frente a otra opción de transporte. Nos ayudaron a entrar a la habitación temprano después de 20 horas de viaje. Nos ayudaron con taxis, direcciones, y metro frente a otra opción de transporte. Nos ayudaron a encontrar tiendas y comodidades cercanas. El hotel también es cómodo, limpio, seguro y está ubicado en el centro.
Desventajas: Algunas cosas no estaban prístinas en el baño. En general, sin embargo, muy por encima de la media. Mucho mejor de lo que se espera por el precio en un local del centro de la ciudad.

The toiletries were poor tried washing my hair with literally zero suds. Better quality products needed for a high standard hotel. I was charged for 2 phone calls- again I don’t think you should be charged for using the phone- it should be free as a facility!

Shower was very good and actually plenty of room unlike the rest of the pod. Sep loo and sink very cramped. Like thousands of others I will book again. But if you are 6.2 Rugby build or above beware of room size.

Desventajas: La habitación era tan pequeña (literalmente cama de pared a pared) que no había dónde poner nada. Estaba viajando con mi hija, así que compartir una cama no era ideal. Nos pusieron en una habitación del sótano sin ventana, así que estaba oscuro, lo cual estaba bien para dormir, pero parecía peligroso si hubiera un incendio y hubiera sido un poco deprimente si hubiéramos querido estar más en la habitación.

Ventajas: I have stayed in Mimis many times. I like the location very much, close to nice restaurants which are still open when I finish work.
Desventajas: The size of the rooms is fine. I find them cosy and generally sleep very well, which is one of the reasons I choose to stay there. In fact this room was a little large than normal. However on this occasion there were several issues which caused me a big problem - I essentially got no sleep at all: (i) the thermostat seemed broken causing fluctuations in temperature; (ii) the walls were very thin and I could hear the neighbour performing all of his/her bathroom functions, including regular vomiting; (iii) the light switches were broken and there was no way to turn off all the lights. The lights were on all night.

Desventajas: No water or extra in 2 Rooms booked in Executive Rooms. Very limited toiletries. No one answering reception at 11:30pm to order food after travelling. Limited choice of food available for Room Service. Very poor quality when it arrived.

Desventajas: 3rd stay here and can't believe how it has deteriorated. Majority of staff came across very unhappy and unfriendly. Service at breakfast was non existent, no offer of coffee , had to ask for food to be restocked at the hot buffet. Dining area was dirty especially on tables and chairs . Paid for a bigger room which was lovely but were not told bathroom was set up for disabled use ,which is great to see but takes the edge of a bit of luxury when spending that bit more. Burnt my head as shower kept fluctuating in temperature to the extreme,which is very concerning if it is being used by anyone with a disability. Couldn't get signal on the TV.

Desventajas: When I arrived at 10 am I asked for early check-in as I had requested by mail and phone already, invoking business meetings at noon for which I had to shower and dress and the fact that I was going to leave at 6 am the next day and would thus occupy the room less than 24h. The answer was a stereotype "we have no availability now, have to put you on waiting list, cannot guarantee you will get a room before 14h". Only when I insisted, mentioning that someone had just checked out in front of me and that it would certainly not take more than an hour to make up that room and that otherwise I would have to look further and cancel my reservation did the staff take the "trouble" of calling housekeeping. And - surprise - there were actually two nice rooms free and ready on the top floor ! Afterwards the staff became very friendly and accomodating though, allowing me to have my breakfast (which was included) on the day of arrival rather than of the departure which would have been too early. I cannot say whether the initial formality and lack of flexibility and disposition is company policy or was due to the attitude of the two people at the reception.

Desventajas: No es un hotel de 5 estrellas, quizás tres. Mi habitación no parecía en las fotos, pero estaba bastante pasada de moda con alfombra sucia, armarios rotos y manchas de agua en el techo del baño.

Desventajas: Lack of information about what is available in hotel - there's a spa brochure in the room (which wasn't relevant for me) but no info about the restaurants, what time breakfast is served and where etc etc). Got to our room and the minibar was empty so had to phone room service for a bottle of water. Extremely grumpy concierge came up with it, complaining that it wasn't his job but there was no-one else around. While he was there we asked him if he could look at the TV which didn't work. At first he said that in the room refurb they must have forgotten to connect the television. After ages, he found something behind the TV which enabled him to turn it on. I have honestly not ever met such a grumpy person working in a hotel! In addition to all this, the room (particularly the bathroom) wasn't very clean. And the shower was just a trickle. Not good enough for £279 per night...

Desventajas: Hmmm.... 1st room - smelled of paint, had no furniture and planks of wood on the floor. 2nd room - had more body fluid on the sofa than material, stunk of smoke, and genuinely looked like a shag den. 3rd room - was shabby, had light fittings missing, electrics hanging off the wall. Looked like the bailiffs had been in and removed stuff ! 4th room - perfect.... now why was it so difficult to have not got it right in the first place. Staff didnt really care. Had no interest in getting it right, had to repeat ourselves constantly as new staff came on. No offer of compensation or a sorry !! Very disappointed and we were a returning customer
