Hoteles en Kensington and Chelsea, Londres

Ventajas: Me encantó la ubicación del hotel. Muy cerca del metro de South Kensington que va directamente a Heathrow. El hotel también está cerca del Museo Victoria & Albert y del Museo de Historia Natural y no muy lejos de Hyde Park. También me encantó el personal. Muy amable desde Verónica en el check-in hasta la ayuda del personal de botones.

Desventajas: La habitación era un poco más pequeña de lo previsto y la vista desde la habitación era de un edificio al lado...

Ventajas: Precioso hotel, excelente personal y excelente ubicación.

Desventajas: La cama era un poco pequeña.

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de los museos y las tiendas (Harrod's). El personal era genial y servicial. Me encanta la decoración del vestíbulo y de las zonas comunes. Como viajero femenino - los productos de baño son Aromaterapia y el secador de pelo tiene buena energía. Me quedaría aquí la próxima vez que esté en Londres.

Desventajas: Mi habitación era un poco pequeña, pero aún así era muy cómoda y limpia.

Ventajas: Me encantó la ubicación, el personal, la comodidad general del hotel. Fue perfecto. Recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel a cualquiera que quiera estar en la zona de South kensington.

Ventajas: Gran ubicación, el personal era excelente.

Desventajas: Un poco viejo, pero también lo es la mayor parte de Londres, - menor en comparación con los beneficios, estaba en buenas condiciones dada la antigüedad del edificio.

Ventajas: - servicio de apertura - chocolates en las almohadas . check in temprano permitido - me ayudaban a conseguir un taxi por dondequiera que iba - el personal era agradable y atento

Ventajas: Absolutely nothing.

Desventajas: The staff treats customers like enemies. Seriously bad service.

Ventajas: Great location, staff helpful and accommodating..

Ventajas: The Kensington hotel staff are the highlight of our stay. They went out of their way to help get our room ready as we had arrived on an early morning flight. We found the staff very hospitable respectful and relaxing.

Desventajas: I think the lighting in rooms could be improved. Carpet looking a bit tired. Guests above us had very noisy children so perhaps room allocation of families with small children needs to be considered - we did have to call reception several times as it was very annoying having the noise above us.

Ventajas: Location was perfect. Just a short walk to the Tube. Very quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ventajas: A beautifully decorated boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants, museums etc

Desventajas: The hallways are very narrow but that's to be expected in old hotels in the UK

Ventajas: I regretted not spending my previous days in London in this hotel, lobby & outside seating was beautiful, staff was polite and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

Desventajas: Room interior was bland compared to the rest of the hotel, duvets were too heavy and hot better for cold winter weather. Overpriced for what you get, bathroom was too small I could barely shower comfortably.

Ventajas: the staff were very friendly, the beds are comfortable

Desventajas: the breakfast wasn’t the best but it was ok

Ventajas: The hotel is simply gorgeous. I loved the restaurant and bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend The Kensington to anyone!

Desventajas: We ordered coffee to our room twice and it wasn’t very hot either time. Minor thing. Everything else was incredible!

Ventajas: I loved the location. Kensington is beautiful and the museums are nearby. Lots of great shops and cafe's and the underground is just a 3-4 min walk up the street.

Desventajas: The room was a little small but I guess that is par for the course in London.

Ventajas: La zona de recepción y el restaurante del hotel son muy agradables y elegantes, el personal es muy amable y servicial

Desventajas: La habitación no era más que la media. El baño era muy moderno y agradable. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en una de las plantas inferiores, lo que significa que no teníamos ventanas en la habitación ni en la recepción del teléfono móvil. El problema principal para mí, las paredes son MUY finas y todo, desde las habitaciones adyacentes, se oye fácilmente. La cama en nuestra habitación también estaba muy chirriante con cualquier ligero movimiento.

Ventajas: The staff was great! Mainly Mariana and Mario! The location is very good!

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is great, only a 2 min walk from Earl’s Court underground with lots of eateries and pubs In the very near surrounding area. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Ventajas: Stayed at hotel before so knew what to expect. Small but comfortable room.

Desventajas: Room was cold on arrival but reception sorted this for me when I notified them

Ventajas: This is an excellent hotel, the standard of service is excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast that only costs £20 a couple if booked day before, only 5 mins walk or less to tube, shops & restaurants etc. A lovely neighbourhood. We were up graded to a larger room, given a courtesy little bottle of wine with chocolates, so a spacious & very comfortable room. This is an excellent run hotel and can very highly recommend it to any one

Desventajas: Tiene habitaciones en sótano sin ventanas y sin ascensor y esos datos no aparecían en la descripción

Ventajas: El personal muy amable.Todo muy limpio. Y con todos los accesorios posibles. Incluso enchufe europeo y un telefono smartphone para nuestro uso.

Desventajas: Nos pusieron en habitaciones de la planta sótano sin ventanas, ni ascensor. Y en la descripción no aparecía nada.

Ventajas: It was a pleasure to stay with all amenities and staff exceptional, thank you.

Ventajas: Loved everything about the hotel, staff were a credit and absolutely fantastic. The personal touch of leaving chocolate wine and cake in our room for my husband's birthday took my breath away. Hotel is conveniently located close to the underground station, it's a great base to explore London. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast top class.

Desventajas: Hotel Kensington was perfect

Desventajas: La habitación estaba en el subsuelo y para llegar a ella había que subir y bajar tantas escaleras que nos perdíamos cada día. El personal del hotel no hablaba nada de español, ni tampoco lo entendía, ni hacían por intentarlo.

Ventajas: The concierge is great. They are helpfull, fast n courteous.

Desventajas: The room that l stayed in has the most awkward lay out. The toilet roll fixture was placed at the side of the bathtub exactly where you get in n out. It got splashed by water from the shower, and one can easily slip over its 15cm protruding metal rod for the spare tissue roll. The magnifying glass was only able to face to the toilet area n not to your face. The toilet flusher was behind the toilet cover. So each time you need to flush it, you ll have to first close the cover. The distance between the wall mirror inside the bathroom, to where you stand in front of the basin was so far that one need to bent extra to see your makeup. But this issue may not be for everybody. One who is taller then my 5.4" height maybe able to reach it better. In general... l used to stay at Crown Plaza Singapore. The experience is very different.

Ventajas: We loved our stay at Crown Plaza right from the moment we were greeted warmly at the hotel entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our wish for a quiet room with a view. Thank you, Simon! Breakfast was a bonus in a spacious area with a very broad selection (including full English breakfast) to cater for the many international guests. The location is excellent with shops, supermarket, pubs all very close. Gloucester Road Underground station is across the road which has a direct link to Heathrow. (Does have some steps, though.) The restaurant is good and the bar area which opens onto a private park is exceptional in warm weather. Overall the vibe of this hotel is of a busy but well organised property with a family friendly, welcoming, international home away from home feel!

Desventajas: Whilst the decor is quite attractive there are some signs that it is getting a little tired. This is only a minor détraction from an overall comfortable room.

Ventajas: - I was very happy with the service and location. - Concierge were very helpful in giving us the right recommendation and advice - I had a noisy next door neighbour which the hotel staff were very quick in resolving the next day and also managed to upgrade the room.

Desventajas: Everything was good. Nothing bad to say

Desventajas: The rooms are very small, with 1 small window.

Ventajas: Informant of tube station and bus stop and very close to Restutants. Also short walk to Hyde park. Backyard is lovely. Offered a breakfast at lounge due to none availability of my room till 4 pm without asking. Thanks for your courtesy. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: Room is very tight to move from one side to another side due to fridge cabinets but good for short stays.

Ventajas: Great location with extremely easy access to tube station and Waitrose. Comfortable beds, complimentary water, snacks and slippers. Gym is open 24 hours. Fabulous experience and will definitely come back .

Desventajas: Air conditioning seems a bit too chilly.

Desventajas: Our room seemed to be above the kitchen and if the window was open we had a food smell in the room

Ventajas: Rooms were nice. . In for less than 24 hours but a great location and far from the sights we want to see

Desventajas: Staff friendly but we had been on a long trip (24 hour) and arrived 1 hour early had to wait around until room was ready. Really just wanted to shower and see sights before everything closed. We were limited for time.

Ventajas: Loved the back garden. Room was great.

Desventajas: Hopeless information when they finaly answers the email with some questions about how to get to the hotel from the airport. They gave the wrong information and we ended up to pay alot of money on taxi. They were not good to give suggestions on what to do.

Ventajas: An interesting hotel with unusual interior decoration. Room was clean, looked brand new and was reasonably sized. Comfortable bed. Complimentary tea/cofee/water and crisps. Very central location.

Desventajas: A bit of noise from the street at night.

Desventajas: Very poor quality windows. You can hear every noise from the street. Could hardly rest during the night although I’m an experienced business traveller and a a good sleeper.

Ventajas: Staff were really helpful, down to earth and not snobbish

Desventajas: Had to wait ages to get drink at Bar when we arrived and in the evening when we returned from evening out Breakfast staff uninterested, scrambled egg was bizarre! Room was nice but so tiny couldn’t get round one side of bed and not room to get plug in socket beside bed....?

Ventajas: Lovely clean comfortable room, with small out door space. Good shower. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were delightful.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Great S Kensington neighborhood, close to metro, restaurants, museums.

Desventajas: The room was very small.
