Ventajas: service on the flight was very good

Desventajas: the airport was very large - had attempted to get help with a phone call before flight and service was very poor.... website was a mess to work with

Ventajas: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights

Desventajas: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!

Ventajas: Nice touches like pillow and blanket, lots of movies and hot meals.

Desventajas: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.

Ventajas: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Desventajas: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Ventajas: In flight entertainment was definitely above average.

Desventajas: Crew were very impersonal. Didn’t seem to care about the needs of the passengers.

Ventajas: Not much, except that I got to Nashville.

Desventajas: I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!

Ventajas: On time

Desventajas: Cleanliness Pockets in seat all in disarray with crumpled dirty pamphlets and magazines. Felt unsanitary

Desventajas: No online check in, incredibly inconvenient. If is have known would have booked another carrier.

Desventajas: Not much leg room on economy class. 200 $ extra makes the trip better

Ventajas: The crews are always awesome. The food great especially since they always have cherry juice, my favorite!

Desventajas: The flight was delayed, and then seemed rushed at call Last Call. Also the ear phone jack was a double that even the TA ones didn't quite fit. Glad it was an overnight flight and slept most of the way.

Desventajas: Boarding I was with my family but they didn’t give me the seats in one row my kids some where else my wife was in another seat and I was also so far from everyone That was not fair

Desventajas: Our cabin was very warm and seats were uncomfortable.

Desventajas: Almost missed my conection. Never on time.

Ventajas: Food in premium economy was pretty good.

Desventajas: The seats are horrible for long flights - they give you deep vein thrombosis as it digs into your hamstrings/thighs over time

Ventajas: lots of leg room and entertainment program has lots more choices to choose.
