Ventajas: The flight was cancelled!

Desventajas: The flight was cancelled and I don’t know why.

Ventajas: La experiencia en general ha sido muy buena. Solo que en las ocasiones que te sucede una emergencia no tienes derecho de cancelar, no se le otorga al menos un crédito y ni siquiera te pueden asistir mediante servicio al cliente.

Desventajas: Necesitaba cancelar mi vuelo por razones de salud y se me informó que no me podían asistir a través del servicio al cliente. Ya que ellos no podían hacerlo.

Desventajas: That luggage weight could be more than 40 lbs...on frontier airlines did not have to pay over weight for the luggage and coming back I had to pay over weight when I flew spirit

Ventajas: The crew had amazing personalities and had us laughing and engaged during their intercom announcements.

Desventajas: Turbulence. But they can’t control that. :)

Desventajas: Original gate number was incorrect, but they fixed and sent an email informing everyone. Ensuring the correct gate from the start would be nice.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing. Snacks were worth the money. Boarding was quick and easy. The flight was on time.

Desventajas: The seats were awful. Hard, tight, uncomfortable, cheap.

Desventajas: Baggage claim took over 1.5. That’s unacceptable

Desventajas: Delay 3 hours

Ventajas: The crew was ok The seat terrible, uncomfort, really bad for the back and no elbow room, felt like petzels.

Desventajas: At least give a glass of pop free, the second to buy. The seat, that was the worst one I have ever been on. Sorry to be so honest.

Ventajas: The check in was quick and easy. The boarding was quick and easy. The plane was new and the seats were comfy, so everything looked clean and nice.

Ventajas: Nitrogen/oxygen is free to breathe.

Desventajas: if you can stuff everything in your one allotted carry on bag (that’s smaller than other airlines) then great! Otherwise be prepared to pay for everything. Taking your normal sized carry on? Pay. Luggage? Pay. Assigned seat? Pay. Food and drink? Pay. Reclining seat? Forget it. Tray table for food or drink? Keep dreaming. Leg room? Hahahaha! No. In flight entertainment? Entertain yourself. When all is said and done, fly a different airline if you want any of the above.

Desventajas: El servicio de Check In- con solo que fueran ordenados y respetuosos. A los sobrecargos les deberían exigir a la hora de contratarlos que sean educados.

Ventajas: The staff was very helpful, poor people didn’t know what to do with all the angry customers. But they should be honest from the very beginning and tell us that we weren't going to be able to travel today.

Desventajas: Be honest. Don’t play with peoples time and understand our needs! I just had surgery and I couldn’t take my antibiotics on time because of the same reason!

Desventajas: I’ve been in uncomfortable seats before on other airlines. However I’ve never been in seats that didn’t recline at least a small degree. When they say Budget airline, they mean it. The plane literally felt like it was going to fall apart on takeoff and landing. Rattling from multiple Compartments and the worst whining of the engine I’ve ever heard. It was a bit unsettling as well as unnecessary. If the mechanics can’t quiet things down and tighten the compartments to stop things from making that much racket then Spirit needs to take the plane out of commission. Not a smooth quiet flight for sure. It would be hard to recommend Spirit airlines to anyone.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing all very nice but the seats!!!! Were absolutely too small I sat in my Niebor lap the whole flight

Desventajas: The flight was delayed by 6 hours and customer service was horrible. I will never use Spirit again. You get what you pay for.

Desventajas: Crew are sometimes rude.

Ventajas: Raul, one the flight attendants, was the only positive part of this flight.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed, but all communications (website, airport signage, emails) showed ON TIME, beyond the time we were to board and depart. Gate was changed, email & text messages were very late communicating this to the passengers. Baggage claim was sent to the wrong carousel and was a very long wait. All signage and gate attendant said baggage claim @ carousel #2, waited 30 minutes, then received a call over the PA that baggage claim was changed to carousel #3, another 20 minute wait...

Ventajas: Crew was great, smooth flight, empty seats to sprawl out, we left late but arrived early somehow, free personal bag

Desventajas: not having to pay for water
