Ventajas: Friendly cabin staff and one of the most enjoyable addresses by a captain I've ever heard (and seen - he was out in the first class area when he welcomed us).

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: I had a great seat and the crew was very helpful and nice! It went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances, and we even got there early!

Desventajas: I accidentally put this in the wrong survey (the PNS-ATL) one but there was a lot of changing of gates and running around before the flight. I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go

Ventajas: We normally get nothing better than a 717 on ATL-OKC, but the 737-800 was an incredible aircraft that made everything better owning to COVID 19 factors.

Desventajas: DL needs to find a better way to manage food and drinks for FC during the COVID 19 era.

Desventajas: The pilot take off, navigation in the air, and landing were horrible .

Ventajas: Crew was super amazing and friendly! Very good service also!

Desventajas: No seat back entertainment..

Ventajas: Highly attentive crew, extremely helpful, made a bad day bearable

Ventajas: Literally nothing.

Desventajas: It could have happened.

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Desventajas: This has been the most convenient way I’ve ever traveled.

Ventajas: The crew were gracious and attentive to keeping us hydrated in Economy.

Desventajas: The seats were uncomfortable on this full flight, the food was average.

Ventajas: Love the Airbus, roomy.

Desventajas: Better entertainment movies, food are boring.

Desventajas: Too warm in the cabin

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: Flight was on time.

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Ventajas: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Ventajas: Services is good .

Desventajas: Food can be better

Desventajas: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Desventajas: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Ventajas: For a trip booked really fast because of all the COVID 19 stuff united exceeded my expectations. Traveling in such weird times is stressful but the positive crew and A+ service made me feel better

Desventajas: The planes are pretty dirty with pieces of gum in several places and some of the outlets to charge phone not worked

Desventajas: Crew member in first class not polite at all... And there was no food on a 5hr flight even in first class.

Ventajas: The flight was cancelled
