Desventajas: For that size of airplane basing on the fact that it was an international flight not having a USB port or any power source by the seats it’s ridiculous. The boarding process was a nightmare, very disorganized the crew members starting boarding group by group just using ONE of the two entrances available because of it the line to board the plan occupied almost 2 boarding gates. I couldn’t reclaim my seat because it was broke, the quality of the food was very mediocre, crew members attitude were upsetting... uncaring and ignoring passengers call. Another filthy plain ... I had 4 flights with avianca between 2 International fights and 2 national connections, all flights were terrible! The worse part is I probably could’ve flight more comfortable for less money or at least get what I paid for.

Ventajas: Service is terrible on my way to Peru the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I am formed SteFf but all they could say was they would help me but we never return very disappointed returning from Peru our plane got stuck in Bogotá Columbia we’re trapped inside the plane For three hours with no air-conditioning when we finally disembarked they offered us to stay in a hotel but the voucher process also took a very long time we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning in order to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flight very disappointed with that flight of Avianca again or would I would not recommend Avianca to anyone

Desventajas: Las personas que prestan información en los counters de las aerolíneas o de información en los aeropuertos tienen las cosas muy claras y pueden ser mas gentiles al momento de entregar información que puede ser muy simple para ellas que están en la cotidianidad de los aeropuertos pero no para los que estamos en transito.

Desventajas: The worst landing I have ever experienced. We hit the ground very hard, it was jarring.

Ventajas: US based airlines should take a lesson from AeroMexico - reasonable prices and the services we used to receive without additional charges: snack, food, 1 bag checked without fee, leg room! Thank god I Iive just south of Vancouver and can floy out of there instead of an American airport with greedy American-based airlines.

Desventajas: I am completely satisfied with my experience

Desventajas: The food was very bland, we had to wait 25 min on the tarmac waiting for take off.

Ventajas: My experience was horrible. Aeromexico canceled my sons flight without notice or reimbursement, they forced me to abandon my minor son in a foreign country and extorted me to pay for a new return ticket on top of what I already paid through kayak.

Desventajas: Not allow the airlines to cancel your ticket, extort you to buy another and force you to separate from you minor children leaving them in a foreign country. Horrible experience to say the least

Ventajas: The fact that I made it to my destination on time was good. Flight attendants were very professional and attractive, pleasant to speak with.

Desventajas: It was a couple days ago and I had had a long previous day so I don’t recall anything that was so out of place that really requires any improvement.

Ventajas: PARA EMPEZAR, EL VUELO SE ATRASO 4 HORAS. YO VIAJO CON UNA NIÑA DE 2 AÑOS. NO ME DAN VALES DE COMIDA, ME COBRAN 3 MALETAS (COSA QUE ES ILEGAL). MI VUELO ATERRIZÓ EN LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO 3 DE LA MAÑANA. NO RECIBÍ NI 1 PESO DE RECOMPENSA DE TODO LO PERDIDO Y EL MAL DÍA QUE ME HICIERON PASAR

Desventajas: Our itinerary changed months ago. We showed up at 4:00 am for our (new) 6:00 am flight expect that delta hadn’t alerted the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport of the change so we had to go back to our original itinerary of flying out at 9:30 am. We were NOT happy to have gotten up at 3:00 in the morning with the kids to end up having to sit an extra 3 hours (5 hours total) in a tiny airport to fly out at the original time I had chosen.

Desventajas: Disaster of a flight - two hours late and blew connections in Mexico City for 11 people in our group.

Ventajas: This is what an airline should be like in the US - 1 bag checked without fees, food - snacks and light meal (even on short flights), LEG ROOM, reasonable airfares. Thankfully I live near a Canadian airport. Greedy US airlines with its no-service-unless-you-pay could take a lesson.

Ventajas: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Desventajas: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.

Ventajas: Crew was attentive - the service from SJC is much better than SFO - less crowded etc. New 787 and Premium Econ is great.
