Ventajas: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Desventajas: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Ventajas: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Desventajas: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Desventajas: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Desventajas: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Ventajas: Snacks were delicious, flight attendant was very attentive, great conversation—I mean it might have been better because I was in first class, but it was definitely worth the upgrade.

Desventajas: Baggage policy on my fare rate. Ended up spending about $300 to check a carryon. (proper size and weight) I knew it was not included in the fare, but assumed that I could check it or carryon for a *reasonable* fee. Checkin personnel not sympathetic despite travel being forced by coronavirus eviction. Great fare turned into an expensive full fare.

Desventajas: Crew did the minimum, when I asked for a water an hour after the beverage service the flight attendant became clearly annoyed. I did get the water. This has happened regularly on other United flights that I have been on. It seems to be a strategy to discourage passengers from asking for anything.

Desventajas: Did not fly cause corona virus. Waited on the phone for 5 hours and did not get someone to help with refubd!

Ventajas: Crew nice. Had the row to myself so room to stretch out and made me feel safer from others germs

Ventajas: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Ventajas: I was smacked in my knee I need surgey on my minsicus for by the person serving the food and never got apologized too. Then later he elbowed me in face and acted like it didn't happen. I liked nothing.

Desventajas: Didnot like the airport in Istanbul 25 min of walk

Desventajas: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.

Desventajas: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Ventajas: I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines.

Desventajas: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.

Desventajas: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Ventajas: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.
