Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: Delay due to strike

Ventajas: The seat cushion had no support. I felt like i was sitting on seat supports

Desventajas: Thicker seat cushion would be more comfortable.

Ventajas: The flight was redirected to ottawa due weather conditions specifically high wind which in my 20 years of traveling never experienced this here in Canada. We stayed for an hour and at the end of it arrived at Montreal airport at 3:45pm. Terrible service. Refund and or adjustment on tickets price should be reviewed.

Desventajas: Vincent, the Director of Services ensured that this is the best flight I have ever had on AC’s Business Class

Desventajas: I travel very light, was finishing up a 14 day trip around the world, couldn’t check-in online. Tried a number of options. When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo.

Ventajas: Crew was great

Desventajas: The way they collect trash in the plane after serving food looked a little primitive. The crew walks around without trash bags and picks up passengers' trash and just stacks them on their arms or on their cart. I have traveled with BA many times in the past 40 yrs, and i don't remember this scene. Either I was not paying attention, or this is the new policy???!!

Ventajas: Seat was both comfortable and spacious. Crew were very attentive and personable.

Desventajas: Really great flight. Can’t say enough about it.

Desventajas: United, along with American, is a horrible carrier, and the next time it files for bankruptcy, needed to be allowed to remain our of business. The employees don't care about service at all, it's no longer part of their culture.

Desventajas: May be better food choices. Overall I was happy with the flight!

Ventajas: What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!

Desventajas: Seats are getting smaller. Cross country you would think and except that attendants would offer more service. Not happening, sad.

Desventajas: Legroom is very cramped, entertainment options are limited. After one 10-hour flight, you've seen everything you wanted to, so the return flight is a bummer

Desventajas: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Ventajas: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Desventajas: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Desventajas: We had a 3.5 hour delay. The crew could have offered extras to make up for it.

Desventajas: Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates.

Desventajas: They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown

Desventajas: My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers.

Ventajas: Flight was on time

Desventajas: A 3 hr plus flight from St Maarten to Washington DC with nothing but stale pretzels!!

Ventajas: Good food. Great crew members.

Desventajas: More than one and half hours delay, at least they flight attendants should offer customers more than just a drink

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Desventajas: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Desventajas: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Ventajas: Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care.

Desventajas: Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead.

Ventajas: The food was good, the crew was friendly, and the plane was clean.

Desventajas: flight out of Ghana was delayed by 2 hours.

Ventajas: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.

Desventajas: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Ventajas: The flights and food were good. no problems there.

Desventajas: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Desventajas: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Desventajas: There were no announcements prior to the 90-minute late departure, pretzels were the only “food” available (flight scheduled to leave at 5.50pm; left at 7.20, landed after 9.30 due to snow in Toronto)

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed
